love the food but they need to get more organized. I ordered an açaí bowl on my lunch break and waited for my order. I noticed people's names get called who ordered after me. About 15 minutes passed and I ask the employee for an update. She goes to the back and hands me my bowl despite it being an in store order. So my bowl was just sitting in the back and I wasted time on my lunch break. I'm not sure why my in store order was mistaken for an online order and I had to ask to receive my bowl when others names were called out

Pretty self explanatory.. ordering was easy, wait time to prepare wasn't bad. Delicious outcome. All fresh ingredients. They list high allergy foods on the receipt and what nuts are in the food.

I found a new fave the PB*J smoothie. It was one of those days I was like, hmmm, let me try something new (usually get the toxin flush) and I was pleasantly surprised. It feels like a dessert treat TBH and the chia seeds and jelly add the best type of texture.

The juice and smoothies are always delicious. I love the Vitamin C smoothie with the immunity boost! I always make sure to order spicy pickle chips on the side. The order is always ready for me when I order through the app.

Shout out to Faith who is simply an angel. I lost my wallet a few days ago and have been relying on Apple Pay. Unfortunately the register didn't take Apple Pay, which is ok, but I only had 10$ and I believe the bowl I planned on ordering was $12. Basically Faith covered me. This is peak customer service and sheer generosity. Honestly made my day. She even remembered my name and wished me good luck in finding my wallet. But it's not over yet. The bowl was phenomenal!!! Really one of the best protein based bowls I've had. Everything tasted fresh and nutritious. I will 100% be returning. Once again, thanks Faith. (Give her a raise.)

Drove out of my way a couple times now only to be told their juicers are cleaned for the night... and this time it was 30 mins before closing. Every time I try to go a little earlier and earlier but it seems like they begin closing down an hour before schedule.. might as well update the hours to match the 7pm close like every other Nekter in OC.

So, I waited for 15 minutes, sitting at the high table right in front of the counter, unaware that my smoothie was already made and chilling in the fridge. The employee whom I had greeted and asked for my pick up had told me to "wait a minute," and I assumed they were working on other orders and would eventually get to mine. To be fair, the store seemed busy. Everyone else got their drinks, and I finally asked another girl for help. She asked the first employee I had spoken with to get my smoothie from the fridge. She put it on the counter with scared eyes, knowing she had messed up. I was already late, so I left without saying anything, but it was really disappointing that she didn't apologize for the wait or for forgetting. It's not a big deal to forget; it happens, but in general, some of the south coast nekter employees, while not rude, never been very customer service-oriented." Anyway the smothie wasn't that good neither ?
