Good food fast and delicious, today I got the meatloaf special. Now I got to tell you with the soup, salad, and the meal now I'm a pretty big guy I'm 6 ft 249 lb. I could not eat it all and it comes with dessert and I didn't even have room for dessert!

I had been coming to this location for a very long time. Long enough to see managers change out. It has been about two years since my last visit, which was... Subpar, to say the least. However, my boys had been asking recently and we decided to give it another go. Absoltely perfect. I don't know if there is new management, I'm assuming so, because the vibe here is completely different. The music just fits with Norms, the volume was great, the staff was incredibly welcoming and freindly. We were greeted as we entered and led to our seats with a smile. Our server was busy, but very attentive. Food looked just like it does in the menu. I gotta say. Norms, if you're reading, this. A+ at this location, and I've been to more than a few. Thank you for getting it back together over there. See you next week!! P.S. Glad to see you're still open 24 hours on the weekends. Always looking for a good after hours spot to eat. Almost non-existent in Costa Mesa. Good looking out!

Hector our waiter was great and attentive thank you hector, Rocky on the other hand should acknowledge all customers the same. Please don’t ignore customers when they are waiting.
Norms has always been my go too. But I was highly disappointed on my last visit. I went alone. I saw my server Hector maybe twice or three times. I hadn't even finished eating and I was already being handed my check. I asked for a refill never came. Breakfast was delicious gotta give it up for the kitchen. But the front of the house need some customer service.
