Your basic standard fare at this place in historic district. We were there for breakfast on a Friday. Place was almost MT at 8:30, so service was superb. Cheese omelet was OK, but not fluffy like they typically come these days. Potatoes were cubed from frozen bag of 'em. Coffee was fine. Partner had eggs & grits which she raved about. Would go back. Great location.
What an amazing restaurant. This hidden non profit inspiration is located within a cloud kitchen- where the Chef and his employees are actually graduates of the cooking program the same business runs in a different section of the building. The students of the program come from traumatic and less fortunate backgrounds- once they graduate the program theft are assisted in getting jobs, the program focuses on both culinary and life skills. All proceeds from the kitchen go towards supporting their culinary program. Extremely humbling walking out of that building. This business is doing amazing work for its community. I was so pleased to contribute with the simple plate I bought. To top it off- if that doesn't incite you enough, the food is damn good as well

Stopped by one my way to work in Costa Mesa, to get some breakfast. wow what a delicious breakfast was that: fried eggs, hash browns, bacons and sausages come with a rich seasoning flavors. Great good, excellent customer service!
I've been eating breakfast burrito for a long time now, and this place makes the best breakfast ever. It's also a non profit too that teaches people skills to get a job!
