The food salad was overdressed the sauces over spiced and the chicken over breaded. We sat in the back where a single black speaker blared AI music. The high point was our server who was amazing
I love the food at Ospi, but the service is quite terrible. The hosts are ALWAYS rude, and make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them by simply picking up your takeout order or checking in. Last night, in particular, the service was horrible. Our server was rude and it made the experience unenjoyable. I love this place and I was so happy when they opened one local to me, but the customer service needs a lot of work for the hosts/greeters and servers.
I had such a great experience at Ospi. The food was amazing, the crispy provolone was super unique and so good, and the spicy rigatoni was honestly one of the best I’ve had. The tableside tiramisu was not only delicious but also really fun to watch them make. Our server was great and the overall vibe of the place was really nice. I’d definitely go back!
