First time being there…service is Outstanding! Service is Awesome- they checked up on our table about 4-5 times. We ordered our steaks with vegetables etc and appetizers. Everything was cooked as requested and to perfection. Place wasn’t as busy and there’s plenty of seating. When we got to the restaurant we entered through the side door and entrance is at the front. We were seated immediately without a wait. There’s also plenty of parking. Can’t complain about the prices our visit was a great experience and food was delicious we paid l around $150 for 3 people but totally worth it. Will come back soon!

This is just a solid place to eat. The bar is great, and affordable for standard drinks.The food is great. If you don't want a steak, they got other stuff, including seared Ahi!The staff are super nice.You just can't go wrong here.

Waiter was awesome wished I could remember his name. My son and I couldn't decide so we got both appetizers bloomin onion and bloomin shrimp!! oh thats a must try both so good !!

Service tried, we were a big party so I get it! Too many people, it can be hard to understand.The food was sad!I'm not sure if it was the cooks or just what they have to deal with. But the food was overcooked and wrong. Just plain not good.Outback was accommodating for our large party so I have to give them kudos for that! Other than that. I feel sad.

We got there about 8 pm and were greeted by the manager. Seated the server was Brena. The food was the 9 oz Filet asparagus and a loaded baked potato. The place was busy but not packed. Brena was not the average server. This was the most professional and customer-centered dining experience I have had since the beginning of the pandemic. The manager leads from the front and Kevin the other sever proved to be a great team player. I hate to give such great reviews because it gets out and can effect that wait time. 5 star restaurants have. I was impressed that has not happened much in the last few years. To the TEAM AT THE COSTA MESA OUTBACK YOU ROCK!

Outback Steakhouses are not created equal. My review is specific for this location. Their customer service was exceptional. Our server I believe her name was Camaryn made us feel very welcome. The food was fresh and tasty. We are definitely going back there.

Absolutely delicious, savory, comforting food! There is nothing better than their sirloin, their chicken sandwiches, their stunning burgers, and their outstanding desserts. Also, insiders tip, there rewards program can really save you some cash. Being by the beach, there is nothing more you can ask from a restaurant. Well done! (No pun intended.)
The food was very good! The salmon was very good! They also have a gluten free menu which is a huge positive for my celiac needs!

We had a curbside pick up order on Valentine’s Day worth $61 & when we got home, I noticed the chicken was missing. I called & spoke with the floor manager, he apologized & was very nice to give a refund. I also received in the mail a thank you card with a handwritten note from Perri Warren, Manager, apologizing about the missing chicken. To my surprise, there was a tuck away card worth $20 included. Thank you so much Perri and to the rest of your staff. We appreciate your kindness & for sure we will come back!

Very pleasant and excellent service on a Tuesday night. We had one half the restaurant to ourselves. There was one other set of customers on the other side of the restaurant. The food came out quickly. Unfortunately they got the steaks wrong, they brought things out of sequence, and it seems like there was a new cook back there because everything was poorly seasoned. The best things were the wedge salad and French onion soup, which are prepackaged and hard to screw up. Thanks, but there's too many good restaurants around to go back to outback steakhouse anytime soon.

Had a party of 5 and 4 of us ordered steaks. All 4 were grisly and werent eaten and 2 of us had lobster with our ribeyes that were rubbery and cold. One person in our party had ordered a cheeseburger ketchup only and the burger was burnt through and no cheese or ketchup we waited for someone to come check on us so we could ask for ketchup for 10 mins before finally asking another employee for ketchup and a glass of water which was slammed down on our table hard enough to startle all 5 of us. the server was not attentive and a loud party of 20 something boys were sat right behind us cussing and talking with our server about the party they were going to after she got off work. Will not be going back to this Outback. It was my 1st experience eating there and didnt leave a great impression when we spent 203.00 plus tip ( for the inattentive server). Hopefully this will be corrected in the future for other patrons
