Great location, plenty of parking behind the building. So many delicious breakfast options that it is hard to choose. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. Service is quick, friendly and efficient. Definitely a great breakfast place in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach.

The Bacon was disgusting!! 🤮 It was made days before. It's had an old bacon grease taste and apon eating it the texture I can only describe as days old. And that's why we will never go back.

I have been enjoying breakfast and brunch or pancakes R Us for over 10 years now. I always order some egg dish and it has a wide collection of omelette scrambled etc. The services outstanding with its long-term employees recognizing you and remembering what you like and don't like.
