The first time I came here I let it slide, but now it’s the second time in just a few days, and I can say this seems to be consistent. There is zero friendliness from the cashiers and customer service staff. I know we all work for a paycheck, but at least do the job right!
They didn’t include any condiments or sauces in my order, and last time when I asked for them, it felt like I was asking for too much. The food is just okay—pretty bland compared to other locations.
I really hope they improve.

This place has really gone down hill. Spent $27 for a bowl and 1 plate. I noticed when they scoop my entree they didn’t fill the scoop up and when I asked for more they said it was the portion. There was also a giant leak in the ceiling that was splashing into a bucket
I ordered double steak and super greens. The worker gave me 2 small pieces of steak. I walked out. I’m never going back again.

Currently there is a ton of construction going on on the outside of this part of the strip mall. Lots of construction vehicles and guys in hard hats, parking at times may include you walking from across the larger parking lot. I've eaten here 5 or 6 times the past year, food is usually pretty good. The last two visits the rice was over done ( mushy and burnt tasting ) the orange chicken was was bitter vs the usual sweetness it has. Outside of that the staff are always friendly, place is always clean and inviting.

The chow mein is all onion. This is what was left after I ate the few noodles there were, so basically half of the meal was useless. I could also tell the orange chicken portions were low. Disgusting.

I would not recommend this place, because if you order the bowl you going to eat chow mein 90% and only 10% of meat 👎🏻
