I am extremely upset for service at irvine spectrum location , I ordered online when I go there to pick up , they said wait for 10 min, I wait more then 30 min Then I ask again but the food was the same place when I got there , why hold me there when food was already ready to pick up ,I try talk to manager but he wasn’t helpful either.Not going back to panini restaurant again ???

So disappointed!!!!!!!! They changed the Caesar dressing recipe. Completely removed the ingredient that makes it a true caesar dressing (the anchovy paste) and replaced it with sone kind of vinegar infusion. I used to buy this dressing by the tub full. The manager i spoke to said some people don't like anchovy, but what about those who do? Why make us pay for someone else's dislike. Ive been in line to pick up my tub of dressing and not been the only to do so. So why not make an original (with anchovy) version and one without and let your customers choose rather than losing the business of the ones who do like the original version?

A piece of rock was infused in their chicken wrap-yes, a rock-appears to me to be a piece of rock hard charcoal. Shattered my tooth-lucky I did not swallow it whole. Called the restaurant right away in Irvine Los Olivos-DM answered and promised immediate response-sent to him picture and all details. That was Nov 17! Here we are almost a month later and 3 follow up emails by me to an Anthony-DM as well as 3 other parties and zero response from anyone-this is a shameful organization hoping the problem will go away by ignoring it-only conclusion I can make based on their cowardly response. Still waiting...toothless.

I am a long time customer but on Saturday I had a very unpleasant situation with one of the employees ( Brian), not only there were flies around the table but the customer service was completely different, when I requested a manager the employee reacted so aggressively I could not believe his behavior. Be careful if you get that employee because he will make your dinning experience a nightmare if you ask for a manager
