TERRIBLE. Can’t get a hold of the store and I’ve been waiting for my order for well over an hour now. I scheduled an order this morning so that it would be here at a SET time but I’m still waiting for the food and can’t get a hold of the store. Beyond terrible service. I would not order from this location.

My brother ordered a pizza on a Sunday late afternoon & I was sopposed to pick it up between 9:45-9:50pm thinking they closed @11pm as I was arriving someone walked out @10:08 pm with their order & door closed, it was locked and I couldn’t get in so I knocked on window as 2 men were cleaning & they totally ignored me purposely which I understand it was closing time but they could of handled it differently by giving me my order & letting me know how I’m sure they did with the guy that walked out seconds before me since they were still there “hey you got lucky we’re still here, here’s your order have a great night”.

Ordered my business team lunch, delivery said 36 minutes. After 45 min got an automated text that they are running late. Tracker stuck on making pizza for over an hour. Nine calls to the store with no answer. Almost two hours with no update or person answering phone is unacceptable. I have a business team of people waiting and now they are going to lunch elsewhere. If you are short staffed or can't accommodate online times, you need to change time to be more transparent for those ordering. This is ridiculous!!!

I feel like every time I have ordered from this location which has only been two or three times it had been the wrong pizza with the correct order label stuck to the box. The only time it was correct was when I called as a follow up to my online order to confirm they received it correctly on the app. I just waiting 80 minutes for my pizza and it was short toppings and the wrong pizza. It is Super Bowl but I feel like this location is lacking due diligence in process
Don't bother ordering pizza from this location. I put an order in and the delivery guy phoned me to confirm address because he said he couldn't find the location. About 10 mins later I go on the app and find the order just got cancelled. Tried to call the guy back and the store no answer

My order has always been correct, and the food tastes good! I'm not far, but the food always gets here in about 30 minutes. They always give us plates, napkins and toppings without having to request them. The staff and drivers have always been nice! They have good coupons too.

Expensive 41 dollars for a large thin crust vegetable pizza with extra olives and extra peppers but one of the best pizzas I've had for delivery

Don't know what it is about this particular. Papa John's, but their pizzas and food seems to be prepared and cooked above average compared to other Papa John's. The service is good, and the interactions I have with the employees are always appreciated. Usually come here a couple times a month because of that.
