This cafe is beautiful, but unfortunately I can't recommend it for pastries or coffee. I ordered a pain au chocolat and the employee put something that looked like a cheese scone on a very large plate. I told him it was the wrong thing and he fixed it but what he handed me was a cold pastry. The chocolate was hard and rubbery, and once I sat down, I realized that the ends were dry and hard as well, like it was old. Not at all what I would expect! The cappuccino was fine but it took 20 min and I was ready to leave. One other thing to mention was the chairs were filthy from stains and had crumbs crushed in the crevices. The staff needs training and a better cleaning service! I'll stick with C'est so bon down the street.

If you're looking for an airport quality coffee and snack this is your place. The food selection is akin to a Starbucks only set in a larger space. The photos on yelp look nothing like the reality of the food options I saw when I was there. The people are kind and my review is in no way a reflection on them. This is strictly on the venue food drinks etc.... The beverages are rather generic. Based on the grandiose signage, location and name "Paris Baguette" . I was expecting fresh baguettes, croissants etc., perhaps a warm active bakery in the kitchen, with fine espresso and drink options. Instead I was presented with a limited selection of processed looking plastic sandwiches inside the display next to a few croissant variations and a few other dull items. No menu. Nothing fresh to be offered. The cake display looked appealing and yielded a few desirable options but again, nothing fresh, nothing appeared made there... Basically it's like a large oversized over priced over hyped kiosk one would find in a college or airport. Down the street is a French style cafe with much better and wider selection of pastries, fresh croissants, breads, coffee and espresso options at justifiable pricing. With the explosion of creative culinary and coffee shops locally I am truly disappointed in this place. There are soooooooo many better options on the same street offering waaaaaaaay better quality. I visited Philz coffee by South Coast earlier that day, and wow what an awesome selection compared to this place for similar pricing. And again, right down the street is Cest Si Born for fresh baked goods and if you want a good coffee or drink, across the way is the supreme Keane coffee. Unfortunately given the overall presentation of this place I predict it lasting a year at the most. From a consumer perspective, disappointing. From a business perspective, perplexing as to why anyone would invest in this type of place given the far superior competition right on the same street. Come on people, seriously? Local Consumers are much more sophisticated these days especially with all of the local options. Not good. Poor options. Poor presentation. Low quality food and drink. Not worth the price. Will not be going back. In fact immediately I wanted to walk out but opted to try it out. Intuitively though I was right. Shouldn't have wasted my money here and gone down the street instead.

Update your store hours. Drove down to your learn you actually close at 5. Not enjoyable to waste time and come down to your fine establishment. Telling you so other future customers don't experience the same issue. This was my first visit and maybe the last.

The place is so clean and nicely designed. The pastries have such pretty designs on them as well. Henry was so helpful in finding a cake for me. He even showed me what would be the best choice for what I was looking for. He is a five star employee.

The food is great here, the employees are not. For a restaurant that has all premade sandwiches, it shouldn't take 15 minutes to have your order taken and to pay. If you are the only person in line, no problem. If there is 1 person in front of you, it will take 15 minutes. 2 people? Give up and go home, you'll be there all day. I can't figure out why they designed a restaurant so inefficiently. I guess they're just better and baking...

Good baguette. Parking difficult. Sandwiches could use better quality bread.

They have good pastry, but kinda has a depressing vibe--that's why not many people go there. Coffee is crap lol.

Only one style of baguette was available midmorning. I was expecting to find at least one variety at least similar to the classic Parisian loaf. The service was excellent.

This is one of the most nicest and fanciest PBs I've ever been too!! This location sets itself apart from all of the other ones! It is never crowded when we go which we LOVE! Usually after my mom and sister have lunch at Fishbonz we come to PB for a treat. What really sets this location apart from the others is their setup, the pastries are located behind the counter on such cute displays and a staff member retrieves them for you. Not to mention this one has more savory items (Baguette/paninis) than other stores. I just love the presentation of all the items at this store! They really make the store inviting and want you to stay and study or meet up with a friend. It is quiet all the time which makes great for students. The pastries are always spot on and those delicious slices of cakes! Take in a pastry and enjoy the great atmosphere at this PB! ^__^

Amazing espresso!!!! Amazing pastries. The vegan chocolate chip muffin is marvelous. I wish I could take this shop back to Denver with me!!!

If it's difficult to customize an order, then at least be consistent. Don't willingly offer to make a customization and then the next time, when the same customer comes in, mock them because they are asking for the same thing they always get. Unfortunate experience today. I usually get their avocado toast, but most times the edge of the sourdough is very tough, so in the past they have politely offered to cut the edges off. Today, I asked one of the workers if they could cut off the edges of the sourdough. She made me feel like what I wanted was so ridiculous. She looked like she was trying not to laugh. She asked me one more time to clarify what I wanted. "Yes, I don't want the edges of the toast." Then she finally approaches the sandwich maker as if embarrassed and they whisper. I pay and then she tells me she will bring my toast. I get my toast and the edges are still there. -___- I tried to cut it with the plastic fork and it wouldn't budge. I brought it back up. The same worker said she would fix it for me. She said it was a miscommunication.

Very nice café-bakery and a great addition to 17th street. Somewhat pricey but being open relatively late (9pm) every day when everything else is closed is a nice convenience. Friendly service is also a plus.

Super disappointing! My wife bought me a beautiful cake for my birthday celebration. It looked great! But what a boring, bland cake. There was no flavor at all to it--such a boring cake. I wish I had the chance to taste something flavorful that matches its appearance but alas, no luck:(
