This review is for barista, Janessa. My mobile order was for a regular latte with NO FOAM that I get every morning from two locations. Not only that my latte was āfilledā with foam, but I ended up having a half a cup (only a few sips). Thatās not acceptable to be charged a full price 5.30$ for a HALF a cup.
On another day, the same barista kept talking to me even though she saw me I was on the phone waiting for my mobile order to be ready. I pointed that I was on the phone since she continued, and she continued to talk to me. So rude, unpleasant and unprofessional!! Janessa isnāt a good representation to Peetās!!!

I was craving a strong cup of coffee (other than Espresso), & decided to try Peet's for the 1st time. The genuine, pleasant young lady taking my order suggested 2 or 3 options, which I appreciated, & I decided on a recommended drip coffee. The 2nd young lady @ the P/U counter was equally pleasant. Those encounters were a major part of the great vibe in the shop. Large windows brightened the seating area w/sunshine. It was a relaxing, quiet place to spend half an hour drinking an excellent cup of reasonably priced drip coffee! Thank you!
[I may seem overzealous about Peet's, but i recently had an unexpected encounter w/a snooty barista in another coffee shop (NOT PEET's). I gladly escaped to my car, only to be disappointed by their odd-tasting cup of coffee!]

I LOVE PEETSā¼ļø This is my favorite coffee chain Iāve ever been to. This location has amazing baristas and is always clean and stocked. Their coffee is brewed to perfection, I rarely get a burnt cup and never get a bad espresso.
Their latteās are my favorite, especially the caramel one. The coffee is bold and strong. Their seasonal drinks are super flavorful and compliment each other very well.
As for the food, I really recommend

I canāt even tell you how many times Iāve had to change shirts or pants because their cups almost ALWAYS leak. I canāt freaking do it anymore. Starting to get my coffee elsewhere. Which is a shame. Love this place.

This coffee shop takes first place in my personal rating in Newport Beach. This area is incredibly beautiful and there are tables outside so you can enjoy the morning to the fullest. About the guys who works in this store: they are amazing professionals, excellent barista, so the coffee they make is great quality, thay are also very friendly. If you are traveling and want to visit Newport - highly recommend
