Today I took coffee, the guy always makes me delicious coffee, but the girls sell me brown water instead of good strong Americano and any other coffee... I had to throw away my coffee and buy a new one again, unfortunately no one even apologized to me and I had to pay for it again my usual coffee, I couldn’t remain silent, since this is not the first time, and I buy coffee from you every day, and the girls sell me water with the smell of coffee. I hope the cashier guy wasn’t offended by me since I told him this, but he makes the best coffee, only this guy makes the most delicious coffee, and only this guy says hello in this cafe.

I love Peet's and have been drinking their coffee for many years. Since the restaurant next door came, though, parking has become an issue. I'm often approached by one of their valet parking guys asking where I'm going, what I'm doing, how long I'll be etc. They don't like to share with Peet's. Maybe I'm overreacting but it just bugs me. I'll miss the friendly service of Peet's employees but I think I'll buy their coffee at the supermarket where I can park without being bothered.

I live in Montana and purchase three pounds of coffee with I am in Newport and fly it back in my luggage. this is the second time they sold me old stale coffee. The is the location on 17th in Costa Mesa. Be careful when you purchase coffee in bulk.

Jess - front end - got us exactly what we needed right away. Patient, happy to help us - fast service. Good tasting French press - Kelsey was the barrista, fast, efficient, cheerful, and the entire operation is done with great customer care. Clean location! This is a must-visit Peets.
The coffee was enjoyable although it tasted a bit burnt. Staff was nice and the location was clean. Nice outside seating area and easy rideshare pickup.

I truly think this is the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to. I have had drinks arrive within seconds it feels like. Every single staff member has been amazing and nice. Not in a trying too hard way, but in a “we can make an awesome latte quickly” while everyone else is in the Starbucks lines. No frills, just simple morning caffeine you can rely on.? The lady this morning even helped me use my reward. Never happens other places if you know what I’m talking about. Highly highly recommend.

Love waking up and walking to my local Peet's. I try to resist the chorizo flatbread but I can't. All the coffee dealers are amazing! Positive vibes and attitude. Service is always, always fast. I tried the poppy seed scone and it was delicious.

The Customer Service by the Staff is very excellent and welcoming.Overall: A friendly atmosphere. Very cozy and warm. Beautifully decorated with modern decor and very spacious coffee shop whether inside or outside on the patio.Clean inside and also the restrooms too.I really enjoyed the flavor of Peet's more than some of its larger competitors and this location has friendly staff, healthy food options, and outdoor seating to allow you to really savor your experience .Highly recommended !!!
