I visited Petrossian at Tiffany twice, once in 2023 and again recently, hoping the experience would improve. Unfortunately, it did not.

The food presentation was poor both times. On my most recent visit about a month ago, dishes came out looking rushed and uneven. Sauces were broken, plating was careless, and overall execution fell far below the standards expected from a brand like Petrossian.

Whoever the current sous chef is, they need to be replaced with someone who understands consistency, technique, and basic culinary standards. At this price point, there is no excuse for what we were served.

Front of house service was fine, but the kitchen is the problem. I will not be returning.

Feeling fancy? Instead of breakfast, you can get caviar and champagne at (inside) Tiffany's.

With beautiful Tiffany-blue marbeled walls, in the corner of the high-end jeweler, Petrossian provides a quiet respite from the buzz of South Coast Plaza with an exquisite experience. While the experience requires a bit of a splurge, the beautiful ambiance, friendly and expert service, and the delightful bites are well worth the treat-yourself-dollars.

For those newer to caviar or wanting an assorted tasting, they have a caviar flight, with 3 gram servings of four different caviars, served on a mother of pearl spoon to preserve the delicate flavors of each caviar. Not only did each caviar taste different (from more briney with the Baika to very mild with the Daurenki), but I discovered that I have a favorite caviar - Tsar Imperial Kaluga. The Kaluga nicely balanced a light briney taste with well-rounded nutty, buttery bursts. Highly recommend ordering the flight with the blinis and crème fraîche for more variety in your bites and to savor the tasting a bit more.

The soft scrambled egg with caviar is beautifully served inside a perfectly hollowed egg shell, and the scrambled eggs are cooked Ramsey-style in a creamy, delicate mix. And a perfect accompaniment to the caviar. 10/10.

The potato mille-feuille is an outrageously fun experience - with 50 layers of potatoes perfectly fried into a small tower of potatoes, each bite is a textural adventure. The caviar really enhances the salty, fatty flavors of the potato, and as a nice pop of contrast to the crispiness. Again, 10/10.

Finally, the chocolate souffle provides subtle, not-too-sweet notes of chocolate in the vehicle of the fluffiest, lightest cloud of cake. The crème anglaise was velvety, and each bite felt like your mouth was swimming in decadent vanilla flavors. A great addition poured into the souffle to get some extra sweetness.

This location is sadly closing in just a few days. However, there is a West Hollywood location with its own unique offerings. While I wish this location could stay or Petrossian might consider another home in the OC (and they may), the WeHo location is likely to be just as amazing.

Until next time, I hope to see you again soon, Petrossian!

I chose this experience to celebrate my birthday, and it didn't disappoint. Zack, my waiter, revived me very kindly, and explained to me the whole menu. He understood my personal taste to craft me a cocktail and then I just got immerse in the flavors and the ambience. Thank you very much for the hospitality, I had a great Birthday celebration ???

A great experience. We started with some caviar along with some great champagne. We followed up with the potato mille-feuille and the oysters. We finished with a delicious soufflé. All of the food was very beautifully presented and delicious. The staff is wonderful and very attentive to every detail. We highly recommend a visit for a special occasion or just a very fun meal.

This was our visit and we will definitely be back. It made for a great afternoon date spot. We started with som wonderful champagne, the 2000 Dom Pérignon P2. It was delicious. We accompanied that with the Ysar Imperial Ossetra caviar. It paired wonderfully the accompaniments were well prepared. We finished off with the Beef Tartare and the Potato Mille-Feuille. Everything was well prepared and the staff was great. A truly great spot for both simply some caviar and champagne or to celebrate that special moment in life. Highly recommend a visit.

Server was lovely, ambience is adequate, but nothing special realistically. Food was as expected, good, small servings. Not quite spectacular. Very expensive for what you get, but was there for the experience. Unfortunately the experience was a bit lacking in my opinion. I wish them the best, but I won't go back.

This was our first time at this location, we had previously been to the Petrossian in Las Vegas. The ambiance was very nice, but extremely overpriced for what we received. I don't mind paying for high end excellent food but this was just too much for very small portions, very limited menu options and when asked if we were celebrating anything and we mentioned a birthday, they just said Happy Birthday, no birthday treat of any kind was offered. We did not enjoy our potato dish which is a shame because it was very pretty to look at. We ordered many items from the menu but still left hungry. Once was enough for this location.

Chelsea and Tony were the best! Treated me like a true Birthday Queen! The food and drinks were excellent! I had hand sliced salmon and potato Mille-Feuille with chocolate soufflé for dessert! The Tiffany caviartini and Ruinart champagne were delicious! I will return and highly recommend! I had my Breakfast at Tiffany's theme moment! Melanie

From the quiet, elegant atmosphere, to the professional and attentive staff, each visit to Petrossian is a special occasion. The caviar is exceptional, as is the entire menu, and spending a leisurely hour or two dining is definitely time well spent.

This is a lovely, elegant, upscale spot right inside of Tiffany's. It's more of a bistro or café than a restaurant as the seats are few and the space is somewhat intimate without feeling overcrowded.
With one very small exception, this was our first time having caviar. We weren't quite committed enough to try the direct caviar tasting, which could be anywhere from $75 to thousands of dollars (wow!).
Instead we opted for the various dishes that all featured caviar in one way or another. With the exception of the Egg Royale (which I cannot recommend enough!), I would say most of the dishes are meant to be, or at least suitable for, sharing.
Absolutely everything was exquisite. Each dish was delicate and savoury - with the soufflé being light and not too sweet.
Our server was very charming, and didn't make us feel awkward for being unused to eating caviar. He shared his knowledge with us, and provided excellent service and just had an overall great energy about him.
We decided not to drink, instead I stuck with tea, which was lovely and without a hint of bitterness. "Served in a Tiffany teapot, I assume?", I cheekily asked - "of course!" came his cheerful response. I included a pic because I liked it to so much.
Don't consider this a dinner location, unless you want something light, but instead a wonder lunch or brunch experience that's not to be missed.

Parking: It's located within a large mall so there are acres of parking.

It's quite different from the Blue Box Cafe in NY, but our experience was amazing. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel valued. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We had a great time with the lovely atmosphere, good service, and tasty food. We'll definitely come back for more. Oh, and the caviar was absolutely delicious!

My daughter and I had a late lunch at Petrossian at Tiffany on Thursday, April 25. We opted for a 3 oz order of caviar, the smoked salmon flatbread, and the Potato Mille-Feuille. We also ordered mocktails with mint and cucumber. Everything was delicious. We preferred the toast over the buckwheat blinis. Our favorite was the potato. It was absolutely incredible!
