A hidden gem in Westminster, CA, this spot offers some of the best Nem Nuong in town, along with a great variety of other dishes. They’ve catered our parties multiple times, and the food always receives rave reviews. Highly recommended!

First time here, and Hoang Gia's owner Tang is the nicest and most friendly host!
Customer service is top notch, which will have me come back...

We tried the Crunchy Egg Rolls, which was made fresh, hot, and crispy!
The Nem Nuong Roll was delicious!
We were lucky to try a free sample of his Wonton as they sold out of it.
The Green Thai Tea was refreshing as well! My kids can't wait to come back to eat everything again!

Next time, I will try the Banh Canh Noodle Soup, I saw someone ordered it and the seafood were all individually packed for freshness!

Their cakes looked delicious as well!

Food is great don't misunderstand but man is service mediocre or what? Boss man and boss lady just chatting it up while employees are struggling to get the order out. There was only one other person in front of me and they were finishing up her order she only had one goi cuon left to fulfull her order. Had to wait another 20 minutes after that person left. Meh

I placed a to-go order over the phone, but when I arrived at the restaurant, there was no record of it. I ended up waiting an extra 25 minutes, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the staff was unfriendly and didn’t seem to care about the mix-up or the delay. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor communication and customer service.

I was in town to visit my cousin & he took me here b/c his friend recommended it. The nem nuong and egg roll is really good. Be mindful of the plastic wrap on the nem nuong though! I didn’t notice and took a bite out of excitement! ? The banh canh cua is not bad either. I liked the fresh ingredients but i felt like it was missing a bit more flavor. I would come back and try the other stuff on the menu.

We wanted to try this new place with no expectations and we were greatly surprised! All the dishes we ordered were very good and tasty! The rolls are highly recommended! The eggs rolls were good but could have been more seasoned (the filling were on the plain side). The banh canh (Vietnamese crab udon soup) hits the mark! They have a very extensive menu. We will definitely come back to try other dishes!

I really enjoyed the nem nuong rolls and the sauce it came with. Their bun dau mam tom was also very good, the sauce was well balanced. The spicy wontons is nothing to write home about. Just wish everything wasn’t so pricey for the portion we got.

Five stars to Chef Thang Hoang of Hoang Gia Cafe & Catering! Chef Thang got his culinary training in Nha Trang and brought his specialty dishes back to Southern California! He is a former vice president for Lee's Sandwiches, so he knows how to run a business and only uses the best ingredients. Plus he's a super nice guy!

Really quaint hidden gem - the food is outstanding and the staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend the shakey beef - quality was amazing for the very reasonable price point. The pork spring rolls, their specialty, were super fresh and yummy. I will definitely be returning!
