Food is really good and so is the chili oil but man the service is NOT good. I’ve gone 3 times during lunch and they have some young guy dragging his feet around.m, avoids eye contact and does not attend to you. He literally pretends like he can’t hear you. I had to say excuse me 3 times just to get a straw and he was walking past me. He doesn’t seem to care for his job which is fine but don’t pretend to not hear me. I won’t be going back. I already gave it 3 chances

The pho is fresh and delicious and the spring rolls are some of the best I’ve tasted.

Went there yesterday for dinner, the first time, all was fine and took half my food home. When I wanted to eat my rest of the leftovers, that’s when i found a nail clipper in my food. We will not go to there again.
High quality broth, fresh ingredients, good portions, friendly service, and that familiar comfort food vibe. Lots of space for parking.

We have had take-out pho on multiple occasions from Pho Lantern. Tonight we chose to dine in with two of our kids. We had such a fabulous experience. The food is always delicious but the service was extraordinary. Our server Vui had an incredible grasp of customer service and wowed us with her amazing hospitality.We LOVE Pho Lantern.

The pho here is excellent. Very impressed with the quality of food down to the juicy limes and crisp Basil. Broth is superb. A lot of pho restaurants I eat for convenience but this one I'll travel to for quality. Median prices.

The food is good here, but they mess up orders from time to time, and the manager will not give a replacement or store credit for the original order. It makes it a very expensive gamble to get takeout here. If you go in person, I would say it’s great food
