I had an extremely negative experience in this restaurant and just shared it. I happened to somehow pick up an order and I was a little shocked by the rude behavior of his employees. To begin with, the sign of the restaurant is not at all in the same place as the restaurant itself. When I entered, I saw an extremely untidy room with dirty tables. After that I encountered unjustified rudeness on the part of the restaurant employee who did not want to give an order until I confirmed that I ALREADY took it. What nonsense? To be honest, I don't understand at all how such types can work in restaurants. Maybe he was in a bad mood, but that's no reason to behave like that. I really like Vietnamese cuisine, but I will remember this restaurant in Costa Mesa especially. And I won't recommend it to anyone.

Thursday, 6:45pm. They are closed when they are listed to be open. Also, the website is useless.

The food is mediocre and the workers are rude, arrogant and unfriendly. We tolerated it cuz usually come to this location after running errands in the area. The last straw was when their sign says they're open for another 45 minutes and we walked in only to be told by the worker that we can't stay and they are just serving "to go". It's a blessing in disguise because that's when we decided to try the other pho restaurant within the same are. We will never set foot in this establishment again! Don't waste your money here. There are plenty of Vietnamese food around.

I ordered online but the food was not tasty, the food was not fresh and smelled rotten. Everything went into the trash. I do not recommend!

owner is actually from Northern Vietnam so I don't know why he calls his restaurant Saigon pho. That said, This store would never make it in Westminster Bolsa area and I think it's just catered to all the non-Asians out here in Costa Mesa . Very generic Pho made from bouillon powder but if you really can't tell the difference between fresh and powder then you'll like this place.

This restaurant was a delightful surprise from the deliciously fresh food to the incredible service by Tony. I enjoyed this restaurant with five others, each of us with a different menu selection. I had the pho with grilled chicken. The broth was perfectly seasoned and the chicken was moist and flavorful. Others ordered #51,52 with delicious rolls, pho and other fresh ingredients and seafood pho. Presentation was very appealing. The amount was plentiful to take out for dinner too. Thank you Tony for accommodating us so well and making it such a pleasant dining experience.

Love is definitely an understatement!! Service was amazing from the second I walked in everyone was so friendly food was delicious restaurant was clean and not packed which if you know me I hate crowded places so this place was honestly so perfect and parking was so easy and the prices are sooo inexpensive I'm surprised!

I've eaten here a few times and have enjoyed my food. But the past two times I ordered Pho, the broth has tasted super weird. Idk how to describe it, but it tastes watered down and super salty. Would have a higher rating if there was more consistency.

Please don’t waste your money here. We had ordered three items to go- tempura prawns, garlic noodles with mushrooms and vermicelli with chicken. The vermicelli was so dry and the chicken looked like it was cooked hours ago. It was inedible. The tempura shrimp were missing and the garlic noodles with mushrooms were the only thing somewhat edible, but had absolutely no flavor. We didn’t even bother asking to go back for the shrimp since the other two dishes were such a disappointment. The service was really friendly, that doesn’t make up for the entire lack of care for the food.

This used to be our favorite five star pho spot. We have ordered from here dozens of times on Postmates. However, after the last two orders from here, I will never be ordering their food again. The meal is almost inedible. The chicken tastes like hot dogs, and all of the toppings for the pho were sent to us spoiled, bubbly, and gooey. The noodles were extremely over cooked and I can't bring myself to take another bite. Lastly they forgot certain items from our order. We will find another pho place, but so disappointing being that they used to be so great!

Insanely good! Best Pho I've ever had! There's a locations at the Spectrum, Irvine off Alton, and West LA near the Grove too. Very nice employees as well!

The pho is excellent. Before Covid, I used to go here ever time I got sick, just for the pho to heal me. I recently tried the chicken vermicelli and really liked it. If you ask, they always provide other types of sauce to customize your meal.
