Came here because we were hungry- had to wait 20 minutes but the server was nice- Pho was reasonable- not the best but good enough- with inflation, the price is ok- food comes out quite quickly- portions are good- will come back again :D

This is my forth time at Dynasty in the past two years. Service and environment hasn't changed, the acoustics of the restaurant results in a lot of white noise. The overall quality is not what it used to be, especially on the basic xlb and chowmein dishes. The new dishes, especially the fried calamari feels like a let down. Pricy for what we ordered. I think they need to up their game to compete with Din Tai Fung.

Pricing and menu options were exactly the same which is great. The food tasted similar, but the portion was quite small compared to what I remembered. Our order came out quickly, though.
