Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors

Ordered a simple order of 4 dumplings. Professionally catered. Nicholas did a good job. Customer service in well-off areas are always good. (Sure there are exceptions.) Money is energy, people.

Great fast food restaurant.I prefer this chain over many others.Great service , great workers.

I ordered crunchy orange chicken and it is not crunchy at all , it barley has flavor and the crab Rangoon is tasteless , I love mine to have sweetness to it but it taste like nothing at all . 40$ down the drain .

Ordered food from Uber eats, I used to work at pick up sticks 20 years ago and boy has it gone down hill! House special Chicken dried out, really dried out like leather, noodles way over cooked and mushy! Food was hardly edible. Do not eat here if it’s a new cook they should not let him cook as he has no skills!

I ordered to go food 26 minutes ago and still looking hopeless as to when it will be ready. Since I ordered 5 other people came in waiting for call aheads not to mention whatever delivery service orders may be ahead of me. So coming on there were 2 customers in restaurants but I could very well be behind 30 orders. A warning on a 30 minute+ wait time for Togo food is warranted. I'm surprised I'm even giving 2 ?. ??

Terrible service and they basically serve the worst food I have ever seen. I will call corporate and hope that this type of service doesn't happen to anyone else. VERY BAD PEOPLE HERE!

I just ordered my food to go and we took it home to eat it right now.I ordered Kung Pao Chicken, House Chow Mein and Tofu and extra noodles.We ordered extra sauce for the noodles and LITERALLY THERE IS NO EXTRA SAUCE. The cook did not follow the instructions at all.I am a regular at pick up stix I order extra sauce all the time. So i was very disappointed when we got our orders!:(This location is weird. The flavors was not in our food tonight. This is my first time ordering from this pick up stix. I guess i will just stick to the other location on MacArthur.

Amazing food ( not that oily compare to other restaurants), affordable prices and very friendly staff.

Used to be. A better value. Now it seams a bit pricey for Chinese food. And the portions are skimpy. Three peaces of meat in the Kung pow order. Try sharing that.

Got food poisoning up all night the fountain soda machine was out and the vitamin water was stright syrup never leave reviews but not stoked how sick I got never will be back

This place and the food is exclusive I have never tasted such wonderful food in my life nor have I experienced such kindness from the customer's and the servers I ordered four times within one week from this place and hosted many get togethers at my friend's house this food is delicious I wish we had one of these stores in Visalia California it would take me 4 hours to travel to you however that food is worth every bite your prices are a little high the best thing I enjoyed on your menu was called drunken noodles keep up the great work try to open the store and Visalia California

I love pick up stix. I first tried it in San Diego and when I came back to Costa Mesa, I made sure to find a location and thankfully this one is close to home. The food is great and fresh. We always order a couple items to share. The employees are nice and the location is clean.

I absolutely love Pick Up Stix. The food is always fresh and tasty. My only complaint is they don't have any locations in North Idaho or Eastern Washington.

Although I did think that Pick Up Stix was a little pricy for the size of meal that I got to go. The food was rather tasty and the service was timely. I would be open to trying different menu items upon my next visit. A good on-the-go Asian Flavor dining experience.
