It's not just this location, overall pick up stix quality is going down. They used to be a solid Chinese food, now they are more on par with Panda Express. And Panda Express is way cheaper. I definitely won't be going back.

I ordered crunchy orange chicken and it is not crunchy at all , it barley has flavor and the crab Rangoon is tasteless , I love mine to have sweetness to it but it taste like nothing at all . 40$ down the drain .

Beware if you order Kung Pao shrimp you will end up getting 30 pieces of zucchini and 4 cup o noodle size shrimp. Not to mention the peanuts were stale. What a horrible dinner for $25.

I didn't order breading, I ordered chicken. Wow, I will never eat at this place again. I ordered the honey chicken and was extremely disappointed. There is so much batter on this food. I broke one apart and I couldn't find the chicken. This is when quality has not been a priority but keeping a cost low is the only goal. This restaurant will die a slow death much like Macaroni Grill. It was amazing in it's hey Day, but corporate greed and profits took over and ate it from the inside out.

I consider Pick Up Stix a fresh, quality, quick restaurant to get a great dish, boy was I wrong. Over the past two weeks, this particular location has failed me. They missed my item not once but twice. The first time I gave them a chance, but the second time, I realized there must be more to the story. I am still waiting for a refund and a call from the manager. She can't be that busy to not follow up on a weekday. What a lack of customer service. Very disappointed in the management team. I wish I can say the food was quality, but the veggies taste like sink water. Not sure what's going on with this place, but I hope they get it together soon.
I've been craving asian food and my roommate has seen this place on grubhub a few times. It's in the same plaza as Vons so we decided to stop by after grabbing groceries. We came in a little bit before closing but they were still happy to take our order. The food came out pretty quickly maybe 5-10 minutes. Their entrees come with a side of rice, but I opted to upgrade to egg fried rice. They also gave us fortune cookies! Their fried rice was ok, it hit the spot but the fried rice had really little egg. The teriyaki chicken was a disappointment. The chicken wasn't as tender as other places and they had a lot more veggies than chicken. If I come back, I won't be getting the teriyaki chicken.

I love their tofu dishes they're my favorite. I'm vegetarian but hate tofu. Feel like it tastes so plain. Not here at pick up stix. So yummy. Kung Pao is my favorite. Also the staff here are so nice. Never had an issue. Great customer service.

Ordered food from Uber eats, I used to work at pick up sticks 20 years ago and boy has it gone down hill! House special Chicken dried out, really dried out like leather, noodles way over cooked and mushy! Food was hardly edible. Do not eat here if it’s a new cook they should not let him cook as he has no skills!

I ordered to go food 26 minutes ago and still looking hopeless as to when it will be ready. Since I ordered 5 other people came in waiting for call aheads not to mention whatever delivery service orders may be ahead of me. So coming on there were 2 customers in restaurants but I could very well be behind 30 orders. A warning on a 30 minute+ wait time for Togo food is warranted. I'm surprised I'm even giving 2 ?. ??

Came in on a busy Sunday nigh with a big order. Only 2 workers, Edgar and the cook. Even when they were super short staffed and busy with orders, it didn't stop them from being super friendly staff. Edgar was literally running to get the orders done in a reasonable amount of time. Really shows the dedication and hard work ethic both guys had. Will definitely be coming back!
