I would do zero stars if I could I had planned Veterans Day for feeding my family and I waited over 2 hours and still hasn’t left the store my family’s hungry and left to get food without me I am now sad and hungry do not order your food here because you will never receive your order

I pick up pizza 2 times a week from this location and am addicted. I’ve been doing this for over a year and the employees always say “nice to see you!” They have never messed up my order and it’s always on time. It’s my favorite Pizza Hut. The one on Harbor was a little unfriendly. So I stick to this location.
Parking: Always find the same open spot right up front.
The young man working the register at 11:30 p.m. this evening didn’t even have a name tag on. Maybe that’s why he felt comfortable to repeatedly refuse to return the most basic greeting. These employees feel they have zero accountability to provide customer service- especially when the customer is clearly of a different culture than they are. Shame on corporations who have no management onsite to address the liberties these employees take.
