I pick up pizza 2 times a week from this location and am addicted. I’ve been doing this for over a year and the employees always say “nice to see you!” They have never messed up my order and it’s always on time. It’s my favorite Pizza Hut. The one on Harbor was a little unfriendly. So I stick to this location.Parking: Always find the same open spot right up front.
The young man working the register at 11:30 p.m. this evening didn’t even have a name tag on. Maybe that’s why he felt comfortable to repeatedly refuse to return the most basic greeting. These employees feel they have zero accountability to provide customer service- especially when the customer is clearly of a different culture than they are. Shame on corporations who have no management onsite to address the liberties these employees take.

Service is bad always take too long for orders they said 5 minutes last time I waited 45 minutes and still chicken wasn't ready I did speak with the person in charge a woman she said I'm so sorry next time I will give you a discount I don't want a discount I just want my chicken

The final cost was not what the deals page announce. It was false advertisement. On top of that, there was a service fee, whatever that might be. Please stop adding "fees" and just let me know the actual cost of what I am consuming.
I cannot believe that they wanted to charge me $13.24 taxes on an order that was only $35.00. Total $48.? I just called Dominoes. Same order. I paid $33.18. And that includes delivery. I will never order from the Hut again.

Had an unauthorized transaction show up on my debit card here for $117., and I've never even been inside this place. I called this location immediately upon receiving the notification and was stonewalled by the employee on the phone. Would. Not help me at all and hung up on me.

Just called to order pizza. The person who answered didn't say anything so I thought there was something wrong with my phone so I called again. The 2nd time I hear nothing again so I say "is this Pizza Hut" a voice with attitude replied "can you wait?!" Then puts me on hold. Sort of killed the vibe for me so I didn't wait. How you say things is important. Isn't it normal to say something along the lines of "thank you for calling Pizza Hut may I put you on a brief hold?" That would be a standard and polite thing to say to a customer not "can you wait?" No greeting or anything. I'm in sales and if I answered the phone like that I would have no customers. The owner of this location needs to step up. It all starts with the leadership. Pizza Hut is a global name and franchise. I just moved into the neighborhood and such a shame. The bad reviews of this place should be a wake up call. Do better, train your employees:

Great staff, I was working directly across the street and needed to have a meal delivery sent my way. I informed them that I was able to see there establishment from the seat I was in and asked if they would mind walking it over to my office because it did not make sense for them to have a driver deliver my meal. I was not able to leave my work station at that time. They kindly said yes and delivered my meal so fast it was still hot from the oven. They have great deals for a quick bite to eat. I enjoyed every last bite. I was great appreciative of there service. They get a five star review for there willingness to walk meal across the street I even tipped them well for the delivery putting a Big Smile on the delivery person's face. I WILL DEFINITELY UTILIZE THIS OPTION MORE OFTEN.THANK YOU FOR YOUR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE PIZZA HUT STAFF..THEY DESERVE THE 5 STARS I GAVE THEM ON THIS REVIEW..
