Great cappuccino but went there to get some work done based on posted hours of open til 7pm. They ended up closing at 5pm and weren’t shy about asking me to leave. Not the friendliest staff but coffee was good!

The best decaffeinated latte I've ever had. I didn't feel any physical discomfort after drinking it. I didn't have a rapid heartbeat or headache. I just felt good for the whole day!

Okay I am an OG Portola fan and have loved this coffee shop since it first opened. Recently it seems clear that they have changed owners. The logo changed, staff is completely different and it's not super welcoming anymore :( the coffee for now is still as good but not as consistent. Last time I got an iced latte it took 15 mins and it wasn't busy. The guys behind the counter dgaf and you feel it. I am hoping its just a transitional phase but I'm sad because this was my favorite coffee place and the vibes are not it anymore. :( :(

I LOVE the coffee! It’s the best.BUT in the last 3 months I have been so disappointed with how inconsistent the hours have been. Nothing updated on google for store hours. We get there and a note on the door saying it’s closed. I get it if it’s every so often but it’s now been consistent enough that you should be updating your costumers other than a note on the door.
