Poke with the mango sauce over salad is spectacular.

I ordered white chicken breast, when I got home it was something that looked like it was from the garbage. I called the restraunt and they said they ran out of white chicken. They never bothered to tell me. Not the first time this has happened.

Came here for lunch and ordered the large steak and brisket pho. Service was fine. I asked for the chili sauce as it wasn't on the table and he brought it back quickly enough. The pho itself was very tasty, a little on the small side for a large but it was still enough to fill me up. Cons: Bathroom was in poor shape and they were only taking cash as their machine was down. Still, the pho was good so I'll be back for lunch again one of these days.

Pho Top on a gloomy, rainy day the best. This was my first spot when I tried PHO. Since then kept coming back when I worked at South Coast area or when I'm in OC.

I would love to rate the food at this place, but unfortunately, I can't because it never came. My colleagues and I went here for lunch today. We had roughly 50 minutes, which we thought would be plenty of time since the restaurant was relatively empty. We ordered within 5 minutes of getting there: two orders of spring rolls and three bowls of pho. We ordered around 11:45. At 12:10 I asked if our spring rolls would be arriving soon and the woman scrambled to the back. At 12:15 we walked out and went to El Pollo Loco instead since we had to be back to work at 12:30. El Pollo Loco was delightful, quick, and easy. I'd recommend them, not this pho place. Definitely will not be back and will discourage others from going there.

I made an order through DoorDash and this restaurant confirmed it, but then the delivery guy got there to pick up my food and the place was closed. So I waited an hour to find out that they were never going to complete my order. I can't attest to the quality of service for people who are dining in, but I certainly won't be taking my chances.

First time here. Had the steak and tendon large Pho soup. The soup was delicious, probably the best tasting broth Ive had. Authentic Vietnamese food. Ill be back!

Ordered a pork sandwich and shrimp spring rolls to go. They took forever to get the sandwich out and I'm guessing the spring rolls were made before hand (tasted like garbage.) The only thing I liked about my experience was how the young waitress offered me water while I was trying to order from the menu.

This is probably the best pho around the Costa Mesa area (best ones are in Bolsa). I come here maybe once or twice a month since it's so close to my house. I recommend getting their beef or pork sandwich, it's delicious! They charr the meat very well, it's probably the best thing on the menu. I will say that 8/10 times the pho is good. Though there have been some times where it's pretty whack (Salty or it taste like soap water) but it's usually pretty consistent. I recommend going around a busy time, they'll usually have better pho prepared.

Good pho, very fresh and filling. I have also several other items. I recommend the filet and rice plate, it comes with a salad and it is very tasty, I also recommend the pho...obviously, I prefer the chicken, but the beef is good as well. My cousin had the shrimp and rice plate and she loved it, I forget the exact name...but she ate every last bit, lol. The spring rolls are delish, but I was not a fan of the egg rolls. I found the egg rolls to be way greasy and filled with potato...not my thing. I have also ordered the chicken sandwich once and was not impressed. But the reason why we keep coming back is because they have great service, great pho, and a clean atmosphere. Parking is never a problem and for the price, you can't beat that!

I have been coming here off and on for at least the past 10 years. I've been coming less often lately because the service was not as good as it had been but at least the food was still ok. We went again on Saturday night and it will be the last time. I ordered the pho with brisket and the meat was horrible. It was like horse meat. Very fatty and greasy. I've had pho with brisket enough to know what it's supposed to be like and this wasn't it. We still got the same poor service. Waiter never checked to see how things were after serving us. Brought the bill to the table and didn't ask how was the food. We went to pay and no one asked how was the food. So, service was terrible and so was the food. I'd give you another chance to earn our business but clearly you don't care.

Dirty and disgusting ! Warning don't eat here. I saw the waiter sneeze and used his hands to cover his mouth , he then wiped spit and snot on his jeans and then served someone their food next to me. I was completely disgusted. I tried to eat the spicy soup I ordered when it arrived and it was cold and tasteless. I asked the waiter for anything in the kitchen to add to give it flavor because it tasted like water. I added lime, fish sauce and chili paste and it didn't help. It had NO flavor. It was watery and tasteless. I called the manager to let her know and she said too bad sorry nothing I can do. Please trust me - don't eat here. It's disgusting!!!

This is our go to pho pick up joint. I'm sure there are better places out there, but it's perfect as a local spot to pick up from. I've also eaten at the restaurant, it can get busy. But I prefer to pick up. I haven't tried other menu items. I would certainly give it a try if I were you. Tip: Not too big of a difference between the large and regular pho.

Came here in the mid-afternoon on a Sunday and ordered the following; Pho with rib-eye: very good Pho with chicken: broth and noodles were fine; chicken tasted over cooked Banh mi sandwiches to go: Both the beef and pork ones were good for lunch the following day Husband used the restroom and said it was nasty, so he doesn't want to go back again.
