Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

We're not super close to this spot but our kids were whining to try it so we headed over. The food, the service, inside - all good. However, the reason we won't come to this location again is that the parking lot is truly one of the worst lots I've ever seen. There's no way to get out of certain spots, it's wildly unsafe. I guess if it wasn't super busy and you just did drive thru it wouldn't be awful but I definitely don't recommend the parking!

I order to Box Combos and they forgot to give me 1 order. I call and no one answers the phone.

I don't know why but I wasn't a fan. The service was good but the establishment could use a bit of cleaning up

When I placed my order at the drive through, I had forgotten to ask for extra crispy fries. I had to wait until I was at the window to ask for crispy fries. The girl at the window was very upset with me, I even apologized and told her the fries are never cooked all the way. She turned to another employee and told him that I want my fries cooked more. I heard the guy yell “oh my God” and then they told me to move forward and wait. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my order. We go to this Cane’s often and this was the first time I had a problem. Just remember to order your fries crispy, (if you don’t want them undercooked).

Sophia and her team hung up on me when I called regarding a messed up order from the drive through. Sophia was extremely rude, offered no apologies, and couldn't care less that her employees are being mean to guests who are being extremely nice to them. I've worked in the food service industry for a long time and I can tell there's a reason Sophia is just a Canes shift lead and not working her way up in life, she left me extremely upset tonight. Do better Sophia, you got this girl! keep trying! you're 1/10

They make one meal and make it well. The chicken is crispy and tender. The fries are not over or undercooked and the bread is amazing. We skip the slaw and drink for extra bread.

I don’t come here often. It’s decently far from me and honestly it’s more expensive than is really necessary. My main issue, and maybe it’s just this location, is that 9 times out of 10 something is wrong with my order. Either a modification is forgotten or they just straight up don’t note it down. Somehow with my most recent visit, they heard me say I didn’t want French fries. When I actually said I didn’t want coleslaw. So when I finally got home with my order I opened it up to see that I had no fries and coleslaw that I didn’t want. I’m not sure how many more times I’m willing to keep coming here.

It’s just simply gotten too expensive, 20 bucks for a combo. Ridiculous at a fast food place for chicken. That’s not even antibiotic for you. Half of the pieces are tiny, the other half decent size.

I ordered a box combo it came with a side of hair then when I drove back the manager said he could accommodate me by giving me a extra sauce or a piece of toast

Obviously obsessed with Cane’s and will continue being a repeat customer, however just a warning this location has the worst parking lot/drive thru design. The drive thru backs up and blocks all of the parking spaces. It’s difficult to get in and out and if you drive anything bigger than a standard SUV, good luck maneuvering
