Quality is significantly went down. Like overall, cleanliness(such as staff touching the drinking side of the cup with fingers).
And fries are over salted more and more often.
Also putting a sauce cap on the plate is kinda gross and disgusting

Don't let the price discourage you. When I go I usually spend around $110 if we don't get a gallon of sweet tea, this feeds about 6 people. (Most of us are fat)

My favorite fast food restaurant. Their chicken is so juicy. Nicely flavored unless you eat an enormous amount of salty food. Perfectly crispy. Not too much, not too little. Always loved crinkle fries. Although the salt levels are pretty inconsistent, they're still good. The toast is always great.

Food was good. Other than that, mediocre at best. Why am I going to order my drinks online, just for me to have to fill the cups myself? Laziness at its finest, honestly. If you don’t want to do it, don’t give people the option/create an expectation to your customers regarding that
