We love this location! We used to frequent the Pasadena location when we lived there but after moving to Fullerton, we're so happy we found this location (it even has the big donut). RD was so kind and pleasant to speak with. Comfortable seating too.

Just went to order donuts and the woman taking our order at the drive thru would give us our total and tell us to go to the window after each item we asked for, but we hadn't finished ordering. Eventually told her I would let her know when I had finished saying everything we wanted. She gave us so much attitude and kept getting the order wrong. Just got home and did not get what we wanted or paid for

Me my wife have visited Randy’s several times, on our most recent visit (05-18-25) We were helped by Artie. Artie was very knowledgeable about the products, he enjoyed his job and took pride in his work. We tried new flavors due to him taking the time to go through the different doughnuts.

The drinks are filled with a ton of sugar. Even the Hot Chocolate was so sweet. I wouldn’t recommend and drinks made behind the counter.
