(maybe I need to talk to my boss about cost of living increase of 20%!!!)Parking: Harbor Blvd. is typically busy, but the off hours of parking or the drive thru is not a problem then... can't say about the other hours like Mornings or weekends.

Let me start off by saying the people who work there are lovely. Or at least the one woman helping me. The doughnuts themselves are ok. Nothing spectacular but a good solid product. That said, I won't be coming back. The entire purpose of driving ridiculously out of my way for this place was one man and his love (LOVE) for the lemon filled doughnut specifically from Randy's. I placed an online order, ordered multiple of the lemon filled along with other doughnuts, only to arrive and find out the lemon filled are no longer made and that the ones I ordered had been replaced with strawberry filled (have someone allergic to strawberries so not great) and lemon old fashioned. No one called me to let me know there was a problem even though contact information is part of the online order process and no real explanation about why the lemon filled is still available on the website even though I was told they haven't made them since January 5th. Ummmmm hello mid March, how ya doin'? Just walked in at 6:30 in the morning () to find out the literal entire reason for an 30 min out of my way drive was not in the damn box. Had to drive to another doughnut shop to get the only doughnut I specifically needed. Like I said, the lady helping me was very nice. Offered a refund and asked for help from another woman (she did not much but stand there and offer excuses about how they "take it off the website everyday". Anyway, no more out of my way drives because I won't go back. I'm sure they won't care, what is one customer in the grand scheme of things really? But this is one customer lost.

Nothing beats moms and pops donuts shops. Once they become large companies it all becomes comercialized. I could also taste the oil in the donuts. 2 bites and i was done.

We've been to this location every weekend for the last month. The drinks are inconsistent, but the donuts are consistently fresh and delicious.The drive thru is quick and easy. They aren't super or overly friendly, but they're nice enough.The iced drinks don't have enough ice or coffee, just tastes like chocolate milk or caramel milk.We will be returning for donuts, but we won't be getting drinks anymore.
