I have nothing negative to say about Rich Elixirs - their drinks are delicious, the employees are so friendly and knowledgeable.... Grateful I was able to try a flight of seasonal kombucha flavors (recommend the flight whenever it's available). My only regret is that I didn't purchase bottles of kombucha to enjoy at home.

A kombucha store that has kombucha on tap is really hard to come by, I'm so glad that I have finally found that is close to where I live. The cashier who helped me figure out which flavor I would like was great. We ended up getting a seasonal flavor Pineapple hibiscus. It was flavorful but not too sweet which was amazing!!

6/6/2021 Been here many times to the Costa Mesa location. Love their kombucha! KOMBUCHA Got the Blackberry Lavender and Grapefruit & Hops. These two flavors are my favorite! CHICKEN & BEEF BROTH (Mixed) Bought their Chicken & Beef Broth. Unfortunately most of it spilled in my car on my drive home. The large soup cups are flimsy and unstable, as the bottom end is more narrow than the top. They said there's no other sodium added. Tried the broth warm without any salt in it and it is very potent in flavor and taste and smell. Given my first experience in tasting the bone broth, it is very strong, so not sure if I want to try it again. Not used to the strong flavors. However, my mom thought the broth was good and wanted to use it as a soup base. CUSTOMER SERVICE Great, friendly customer service! Always attentive and knowledgeable about their products.

Weather turned a little warmer this week and I was craving a healthy, refreshing, iced drink. I stumbled upon Rich Elixirs when I was walking around SoCo and decided to give them a try! I got the Blackberry Lavender Kombucha which was pretty good! The lavender flavors definitely came out but the blackberry taste was a little more subtle. I liked how it wasn't too sweet and the carbonation wasn't too strong. I also got to try their Mango & Lime Ginger Beer. I loved the strong ginger flavors as well as the hint of lime, but the mango flavors were somewhat lacking. The bottle itself is $1.6 and you can bring it back for any drink in the future. I think the shop itself was very cute and the staff member was nice/wearing masks properly. I'd come back to try the original and other flavors ~

I've been to Rich Elixirs in the past and decided to check it out today. Previously, I ordered the flight of 4 to sample their ginger beer selections. This time, I decided to do the same except something was different. I told the employee that I wanted a flight of ginger beers. She proceeded to pull out a large cup with ice. At this point, I was a bit confused. She poured 4 of the ginger beer flavors I requested into the large cup. I asked if they still do the individual cups for each ginger beer and she said they do not do it anymore but that I am still getting the same amount in the large cup. The purpose of a flight is to sample each flavor of beverage individually. I am pretty sure you don't want 4 different beers or wines mixed into a large glass. I currently have a large cup of ginger beer that tastes only like pomegranate. If she would have told me that they don't sell flights anymore, I would have been fine with that but she didn't.

Aesthetically pleasing and delicious kombucha and ginger beer! This was my first time around, and I really appreciate how patient they were with me. They allowed me to sample a variety of flavors without hesitation. I really appreciated because I didn't want to purchase something I wasn't too thrilled about. My favourite out of the samples is the dragonfruit and guava ginger beer. Look at the color! Its soo vibrant and pretty. I wish I was able to get better pictures. In terms of the kombucha, blood orange was the best! They do offer seasonal ones which I am excited to come back to taste once they rotate their new flavors! To the worker who helped me, thank you so much for your patience, kindness and making the environment safe during COVID-19!

They were both so delicious, much better than the ones I used to get from Target, Trader Joe's, and Costco (usually ginger flavor). It also really helped with my digestion! If you are trying kombucha for the first time, I'd recommend coming here (the first time I tried kombucha many, many years ago, I had no idea what I was in for. I had never heard of kombucha, and I had just finished outdoor bouldering in Joshua Tree. I went into a supermarket and was really trying to quench my thirst with a nice refreshing drink lol. I don't remember what flavor I got but I was really confused). First-timers, don't make my mistake. Come here instead :)

They have amazing and unique flavors! My favorite is the blood orange. So yummy and refreshing. They have some pretty cool season flavors which I love trying. The staff is very helpful and friendly ever time I've visited. I accidentally spilled my kombucha in my new purse and I was obviously freaking out. I called them and asked them what to do in order to remove the odor. They were super helpful and gave me peace of mind. 2 days later my purse was odor free and back to normal!

Quick stop by for some Kombucha as I wanted to check out SOCO after all that's been going on. They built a nice outdoor seating lounge area right outside Rich Elixor's since indoor seating is not goin on right now. Brooke (owner with her husband) kindly suggested the top seller "blood orange" and it was delicious and refreshing, you just can't beat fresh vs bottled so it made for nice treat. I like how they have the kegs on display so you can see the setup for how they make the Kombucha in house...really cool! Support Local :)

I love this kombucha, it's so perfect and so good. Very smooth but still kombucha. Incredible customer service and a very quaint & cute little shop. :) I highly recommend if you're in the area and need a healthy refresher.

More than kombucha. They make different varieties of ginger beer (non-fermented). They also have delicious cold brew coffee on tap, made with locally roasted beans. I'm in love with the grapefruit and hops kombucha. I brought home my first growler, but will be back to sample more!
