The customer service was excellent. The price is reasonable. They have 3 sizes the large, medium and small.You can watch while they make your ice cream.

Location is not great. The shop is located on a pretty busy street for sitting outside to enjoy your ice-cream with kids. The ice cream is thicker than most rolled ice cream I’m used to. The horchata flavor was also bland.

Our first visit. It is an interesting concept where they have all of their flavors as a slurry which is poured over a very cold pan. The liquid freezes in a thin film that is then scraped into small rolls that are added to a cup.

We had trouble finding this place from behind the plaza, but it was a funny hunt for ice cream. The employees are super nice and respectful. The place is super clean too, and follows COVID-19 recommendations of mask wearing and social distancing. They even let me customize my ice cream with no flavor in the base, which is exactly what I wanted. I added fruity pebbles to the base and it was awesome.

Overall it was a good first time experience because the ice cream was so so so so smooth, like it feels good it slowly melts in my mouth & it doesn't feel heavy creamy. Yup. Yup.

I’ve been here a few times now and it’s extremely good ice cream! On my recent visit I tried their banana split which was huge and amazingly delicious! It was $9.50 which was more than the other ice creams but the size of this thing and the quality of the ingredients used made it actually a great deal. Everything in it was so good!
