I remember eating at Ruby's many years ago. The service and the 1950 Americana ambience were nice, and the food was decent. Well, the ambience and the prompt and courteous service are still good, but the food this time was disappointing. I had a Swiss Mushroom burger. The bun was mediocre, the patty was thin and inspid, the mushrooms were slimy and tasteless, and the cheese was basically like a slice of plastic.

Been to pretty much every Ruby's Diner there is... This one... Well.. Hands down is the best. Why? Easy. Clean, well decorated, great food and really good service all wrapped up in a fabulous mall location. As you make your way into this location, you are immediately wowed with the beautiful wood accents and antique style decor from the 40's and 50's style diner experience of the past. It's a nice little diner in the mall. If you want to eat good food at a reasonable price and not eat high-end very expensive food that's leaves you wanting. This is a good little spot.
