The management team and the Camp/Lab alone make this complex a great place to live at. Brendan and his team do a fantastic job of making sure that you feel like a valued resident in the community. All maintenance issues I had while living here were quickly resolved.

RoachPointe, to say the least. I’ve never lived at such an expensive place that’s invested with roaches. That tells you about the cleanliness of the complex. Let alone someone parking in your car spot almost a few times a week. Not only is it an inconvenience, the parking spot is enough space for only a motorcycle. Mold is another issue yet we are told we need to air out the apartment when we shower? It’s a you issue not a me issue because I’ve never experienced this showering at other complexes I’ve lived at. So don’t bother living here when Arnel Properties is only worried about their own best interests and not their renters. So read the fine print before signing for something that’s not even worth a dime over.

The leasing office is extremely friendly and helpful and they will do anything in their power to help you with any troubles that you have. Overall, this is one of the best places that I have ever lived in Orange County.

I’ve been here for a year so far. I see some bad reviews but i personally think this is a great spot. In the middle of Orange County and near 3 freeways. Getting anywhere is easy.
Leasing office is great and professional. Ive had a couple of issues during this year and maintenance has been on top of it, they would get it fixed in a day or 2 max.
2 points that could be improved. - guest parking - rent prices since some Apts are smaller in SqFt.
But ill still give this 5 stars.

Horrible management, NO PARKING, full of Termites, they keep closing the entrances “for maintenance” all the time and dont even care about where there residents are supposed to park. They are polite and nice ONLY before you become their resident. Once they get the money, say goodbye to customer service. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Every year they raise the rent between $180-250 Dollars. You can find a better places close by. Don't waste your money here.

Went to delivera Wal-Mart order thru UberEats. Very confusing layout. Recommend a map in more places than just the entrance.
