The apartment is in a great location with plenty of dining options nearby. It features a well-maintained gym, pools, and secure gated entry. A lot of people refer to it as “Roachpointe” in the reviews, which isn’t entirely wrong, there have been cockroach issues. However, management responds quickly and takes active steps to address and resolve the problem. The place overall is very clean and parking has not been an issue for me. They have on site workers to fix water, broken toilets, etc. This place isn’t the same place from 5+ years ago (where most the negative reviews are from) which is why I gave it 5 stars.

Brendan is the man! He’s very helpful and attentive during the entire process and even after. The entire front office is super helpful and always smiling. The property is very well kept and clean. I definitely recommend it here!

No parking, lawn does not look like photo,dog poop everywhere even on sidewalks, and pool area, break-in the cars, homeless folks trash digging and stealing bikes and strollers, $200 yearly rent increased, painted counter tops, roaches, and mice,,

I’m very happy to prepare this review following that when I moved here almost 9️⃣ years ago. The Main leasing management team under the leadership of Brenden and Staff are articulate, competent people and we’re in our happy place.
Here’s an example… I noticed our Winter electricity bill had been running higher than normal and discovered both bedroom Windows had over the years shifted- and cold outside air was being circulated throughout our home.
Upon notifying Ramon (current Maintenance Supervisor) of the situation he sent TWO of his top maintenance Technicians- Christian and Adolfo to our home where they reconditioned the windows built-in venting ‘holes’ and replaced both bedrooms window locking systems to ensure a good seal! It worked and we’re most grateful as nighttime temperatures are constant and we can expect normal electrical bills.
Thank you team ARNEL for your quick response to this and other repairs and Maintenance issues- it makes living at South Pointe a wonderful place to enjoy life, jwb

The management team and the Camp/Lab alone make this complex a great place to live at. Brendan and his team do a fantastic job of making sure that you feel like a valued resident in the community. All maintenance issues I had while living here were quickly resolved.

RoachPointe, to say the least. I’ve never lived at such an expensive place that’s invested with roaches. That tells you about the cleanliness of the complex. Let alone someone parking in your car spot almost a few times a week. Not only is it an inconvenience, the parking spot is enough space for only a motorcycle. Mold is another issue yet we are told we need to air out the apartment when we shower? It’s a you issue not a me issue because I’ve never experienced this showering at other complexes I’ve lived at. So don’t bother living here when Arnel Properties is only worried about their own best interests and not their renters. So read the fine print before signing for something that’s not even worth a dime over.

I have been living here for more than 3 years and I never have a single issue with this amazing apartment. The leasing office is extremely friendly and helpful and they will do anything in their power to help you with any troubles that you have. Overall, this is one of the best places that I have ever lived in Orange County.
