This place is added to my go to ramen restaurants. I ordered spicy miso, and it was a bit salty for me but still very delicious! I forgot what my family ordered, but I think 1 of them ordered the Tonkotsu, though I still think spicy miso was the best option. The line and waiting are not that bad. The Toroniku was delicious, and the spicy broth was just right for me (although others might find it too spicy)
I ordered a medium bowl, and it was more than enough to keep me full. Conveniently located inside Mitsuwa Marketplace, there are a few stores + the market to explore after.

Santouka is one of the better ramen options in the OC area. Most of the good ramen are options are closer to downtown LA, so it's nice to have something closer for folks in the OC and surrounding areas.
