God forbid you come an hour before close. The staff will literally make sure you feel that you are not welcome by rolling their eyes to the back of their skull if you ask for a side of sauce or any question.
I also witnessed an uber eats driver come in and talk with the staff, at first I thought the driver was giving attitude, come to realize the worker was being rude to her.
Audibly said bye thank you have a good night and the lady at the front looked at me, and proceeded to ignore me.
So I said really? No response?
I get it you wanna leave work but you work in service. Having manners isn't optional lol

No longer liberty and 5 miles from shake shack on pch
Ate here for the first time. Ordered a double Shack burger and cheese fries. Took a bite and was like where's the other patty. Opened it up and it looked like they just smashed one patty with pieces of another and shoved it in the burger. What was supposed to be another patty was crumbled at the bottom of the bag. I got it for take out, so I had turned around so I could get an explanation from an employee cause I've never eaten here. I hand over the burger to an employee, she pulls manager aside to look. Manager and two other employees look at me and say, yeah that's two. They might as well as call it crumble burger! Cheese frys where basic.

I did order at terminal and take out. If you are using cc you can place your order at one of 3 computer terminals, grab a plastic number sitting next to the terminal, use that number when ordering. They will call that number, hand you your order and you are out. Currently they have the Dubai Shake which is the sides of the cup coated in chocolate and shake made with pistachios. It is a limited time shake and delicious if you don't have nut allergies. My burger was good, the basic Shake Shack burger.
