It's the 2nd time I've tried their veggie burger and it was another disappointment. Compared to the Habit or Nice Burger, it comes in last. I think it's the patty they use but I can't be sure. It tastes like the kind of burger that's served in school cafeterias. The fries were crispy. I got truffle fries and instead of the truffle flavor being infused with the fries, it's in the form of a dipping sauce. I was disappointed with that, though the dipping sauce was good. For a vegetarian, it seems like Shake Shack isn't the place to go. Except for maybe their shakes.

I actually don't like shake shack personally. I've had it 3 other times before visiting this locale and found it to be not worth the hype. The shakes are ok but this location was not the usual experience I've had in the past. I usually avoid fast food altogether but sometimes the people your with insist on certain vices ? i said screw it. It's brand new and in my backyard so let's give it the business and I was pleased. Thank you for a good meal and shake

Okay this was an interesting experience. The food was solid. The service was friendly and prompt. But it didn’t feel like somewhere that should’ve cost $36 for two burgers, one basic order of fries, and one milk shake.
We saw you could order at a kiosk when we walked in. There was someone available to take orders but he was occupied so we opted for the kiosk. It was fine to use but asked for a tip at the end? Didn’t love that.
The burgers are delicious, no real way around that. They cost too much, but are great.
Milk shake was a bit melted but tasted great (cookies and cream).
The fries were good but maybe a tiny bit overdone?
3.5 stars rounding up to 4 here because the burger was really solid.
