Deeeeeelicious bagels and a lot of options for breakfast sandwiches and bagels. I had the egg white veggie sandwich on a sesame bagel. The veggies were so thinly sliced and fresh and the cream cheese was the bomb! The bagel was soft and chewy. Really friendly staff. My only complaint is the space gets pretty cramped during busy times and it does take quite a while to get your order. But the quality is worth the wait!

Best bagels around! I especially love pumpernickel which is not readily available elsewhere. I unfortunately don’t live close by Shirley’s locations so I opt for a dozen or more to go. Bagels freeze well to accommodate an anytime hankering.
Counter help was good yet it' was slow an crowded and the bagel was hard. Coffee was good. It used to be better but like most places these days prices have gone up quality gone down.

It’s busy so service can be hit and miss. The staff is friendly but makes a ton of mistakes when it gets busy. Missing items,missing orders at least apologize for the mistakes.
