Bad management, employees highly rude. I never see a manager in the store. Just to give you an idea, even food deliveries drivers want to accept order from this store, their complaints, the employees are rude.

We have breakfast there every morning, we ask for a glass of water and they charge $4 for it. Honestly, some of the employees are not at all considerate. Has humanity disappeared?

A Go to for the wife and I and always a hit when i can snag some for the office! 10/10
Deeeeeelicious bagels and a lot of options for breakfast sandwiches and bagels. I had the egg white veggie sandwich on a sesame bagel. The veggies were so thinly sliced and fresh and the cream cheese was the bomb! The bagel was soft and chewy. Really friendly staff. My only complaint is the space gets pretty cramped during busy times and it does take quite a while to get your order. But the quality is worth the wait!
