Simply Sweet Cakery was one of the wedding cake vendors through our wedding venue University Club by Wedgewood Weddings. Brooke and Christina were a delight to work with and so organized! To be completely honest, we actually did two different cake tastings because we were a little concerned with the cake texture during our first tasting and we wanted to try some additional flavors. We ended up choosing two cake flavors: lemon raspberry and red velvet. Let me tell you...I was completely blown away by the final product on our wedding day. The wedding cake was actually a priority for us, but let me tell you...it was delicious!! During our cake cutting, I stuck my fork in the cake for another bite because the initial bite was THAT GOOD. It wasn't overly sweet and the texture was spot on and so moist. So so happy that they were one of the preferred vendors of my venue!!

What a fantastic little shop! Brooke and Christina were so sweet and accommodating for our wedding. They answered all of our questions patiently and incorporated some personal decorations into our cake, which made the day extra special. Their cakes weren't overly sweet, and the flavor combinations were fantastic! We had a hard time picking just one, so we ordered multiple flavors as cupcakes to supplement our smaller wedding cake. When we came to pick up our tasting samples (which were larger than we expected, so our families were able to weigh in on our decision!), Brooke surprised us with some dessert samples! We were doing a dessert table, so we appreciate the effort they put into letting us try a few of their sweets before finalizing our choices! We were so pleased with how they set up all of the treats, and the guests loved how cute the mini cupcakes were. Thanks for everything, Brooke and Christina!

Their timeliness in responding to my inquiry was very professional. The cake was a little sweet, but it seemed to satisfy the sweet tooth of people in attendance. Simply Sweet Cakery went above and beyond my expectations. They make excellent cookies, cake pops, brownie bars, lemon bars, butter bars and cup cakes. All the guests raved about the delicious desserts the whole night. Brooke, the owner personally came out to decorate and fix the dessert table which came out so beautiful. She is so accommodating and returns your calls and emails right away - which is very important when preparing for a party or wedding! They are a small business who provides a high level of service. We got our wedding cake and different desserts for our wedding here. They are very easy to work with and had a wide variety of flavors. They even give you a few small cake one year after your wedding date so you don't have to freeze a piece for a year. I would definitely come back and get desserts for a future special occasion.

I requested a gender reveal cake and they gave me a list of options and prices for me to choose from. I sent a few designs in and we were able to find one that worked in both style and budget. Their cake was absolutely gorgeous and High quality. All of my guests were commenting on how tasty it was and asking where I got it from. Will absolutely be using them in the future!
