First time here with friends, and I’m so glad they offer a vegetarian ramen option for plant-based folks like me! The broth was rich and flavorful—slightly on the saltier side, but I enjoyed every last noodle. The generous amount of fresh veggies made it extra satisfying. Great job, and keep up the awesome work! Tonkatsu ramen here is excellent the broth is rich and flavorful, but not overwhelming and keeps you wanting more. The meat is so tender, fatty pork is very good.

First time here and I was pleasantly surprised. The garlic edamame was 10/10, and my chashu rice bowl was also super delicious. The pork belly in the ramen is super soft and melts in your mouth while the broth is rich.

Just tried Slurpin’ Ramen Bar in Costa Mesa and I’m still dreaming about that garlic edamame.
No joke — spicy, garlicky, perfectly blistered. I would eat a bucket of it. Actually, I might have.

Gyoza were crispy golden pockets of joy, and the ramen broth? Creamy, flavorful, and made me question every cup noodle I’ve ever had.

Bonus: the service was fast, the vibe was chill, and I left full but already thinking about my next visit.
