I ordered a few times from them for businesses and medical offices and I always posted and told people how nice their donut creations were. They canceled my order the morning of for a kitchen blackout. Ok i understand that stuff happens. But they didn't give me any other options other than saying you're canceled. I simply asked them, instead of refunding my order, if they could still make my order, keep the money, but deliver it to a business for free to make up for the late cancel. This way they could keep the revenue for the sale and not take a ton of losses for the day. This is called good customer service for a repeat customer. This was a question NOT a demand. But Instead of explaining why they can't do that and how busy they are or even offering a discounted service or delivery this is the attitude and response I get. Saying It's not cost effective for my order because it is too cheap to deliver, telling me it's uncalled for to suggest that, and don't order from us again? Well don't worry! I won't order again. You can bet that. I'll survive, TRUST. I never had an issue with them before and just ordered stuff from them last week! I managed a business for several years and when you charge people up front then cancel the day of you have an obligation to makeup for that with good customer service. A lot of Californian businesses are rude and make you beg for service after you pay. How am I bullying her because I responded to her cancelation text asking for delivery on another day instead of pick up? Yeah I forgot it's 2023 where asking someone to do their job it is considered bullying. Like I would go back to them after she talked to me like that

I got a box of donuts as a gift for one of my friends for her birthday and she loved them! They're the prettiest donuts I've ever seen!!! I'm definitely going to be ordering again!

Love Love Love, this doughnut business. It's a small doughnut business from Costa Mesa, and they are pumping out some amazing small doughnuts. Everyone is friendly and will always go the extra mile on your orders. The service is great. They do deliver with a divlery fee but totally worth it if you're not in Costa Mesa. The doughnuts are amazing and well designed and have great flavors. I love that they use real fruit and ediable decorations on all of their flavors. The doughnuts are light, a fluffy not to sugary, which I really enjoy, and you can't eat, just one it's literally impossible. I like the large variety pack that comes with 24 mini doughnuts and about 10 flavors. It cost about $48 for a 24-pack, but don't get discouraged. You totally get your money worth. They also do catering, birthdays, weddings, it's and present to your taste buds. 100%. They are online only at the moment.

My first taste of Small Batch Doughnuts was at Orange Coast Magazine's Best Restaurants party. They had a huge display of donuts that were as tasty as they were pretty. They specialize in mini donuts made fresh from locally sourced ingredients and the flavors change weekly. You can only order them by the dozen and can't choose the flavors but they're all good!I ordered 2 dozen ($48) for a party and it included a variety of flavors- strawberry cheesecake, tiramisu, cookies n cream and blueberry crumble to name a few. It's a ghost kitchen located in the Hood Kitchen Space near John Wayne Airport. So you can't just walk up and buy them, you have to order ahead for pick up or delivery at least 48 hours in advance. The online ordering is easy. Once you arrive, all you have to do is text and they bring your order out. These are special little donuts that you can tell are made with love. They make a great gift, but you'll probably want them for yourself.

Small Batch Donuts operates in a ghost kitchen and has a straightforward ordering service on their website. They offer pick up and even delivery. Just make sure to order at least two days in advance! The flavors are preset and rotate seasonally. Typically you can order in a batch of a dozen or two dozen. The gorgeous are simply beautiful. Even though they are mini sized, they're a little bigger than I thought they would be. My favorite flavor was the strawberry cheesecake. The donuts lean on the sweeter side, but they are great for sharing.

I picked up some donuts as a surprise for my girlfriend. These are very aesthetically pleasing mini donuts that would make a good gift. The ordering and pick up process is easy. I think you can only order online (orders have to be placed two days in advance). A dozen mini donuts are $30 and you cannot alter the flavor or donut count. You choose a pick up time and pick them up in a ghost kitchen. For my taste, the donuts are a little too sweet for me. The flavors and look are very nice, just too sweet for my personal preference. My only other suggestion would be to place the donuts with cream on top towards the center rather than the edge of the box (it's easier for the donuts to get messed up when they're closer to the edge). Overall, these donuts are works of art and would make a nice gift.

took the donut decorating class with my daughter. She is into arts and crafts and she had a lot of fun with this class. We got instructions on how to decorate each pre-made donut along with individually portioned glaze, icing and sprinkles. Class was about 1.5 hours, we decorated 6 full size donuts, got one giant gingerbread man donut as well plus light snacks. I liked the xmas themed class and my daughter would love to do more donut decorating!

Support small businesses!!! Especially one as amazing as this - you can taste the love in each bite: great for gifts and for self-splurge... Definitely not good if you are trying to lose weight Love that they have rotating and diverse seasonal flavors - my kiddos fav dessert!

They say you eat with your eyes. Well these doughnuts look as good as they taste. Some of the best doughnuts I've had and my coworkers agree. They're not like your traditional DONUTS that come in a pink box these are DOUGHNUTS. Like their business name implies, they are a boutique doughnut shop that specializes in a few seasonal flavors every couple of months or so.Whether you get them for your office, gift them to friends or family, or buying a box to treat yo'self, you won't be disappointed! Plus you'll be supporting a small business that's female owned!

I'm still drooling over these cute doughnuts they had at the YESM holiday event at bmw buena park. These morsels of goodies were too pretty to eat. I had to ask if I can take one. All samples were for the elitists. I tried out spiced chai. That was yummy. There was oreo, cranberry citrus, gingerbread, etc. These cute donuts are so cute, all the decor is edible. I wish I went back for more. Like, who doesn't love donuts? I love them. Will be ordering a batch soon.

I NEED to hype this place UP!!! I know you're not supposed to review places from Yelp events HOWEVER Small Batch Doughnuts showed up to Yelpies 2022 and I'm SHOCKED they have ZERO reviews!I grabbed a donut because they're cute AF. The employees were super sweet. But holy cow! Check out how adorable these donuts are! They're perfect bite-size bits!!Will definitely order from here in the future!
