Never have been here it was my first time and it will be my last.. I went thru the drive thru and I asked if they had soft serve which she replied kindly yes. So I asked ok I’ll get a large soft serve she replied with we only have one size. So I said ok that’s ok I’ll take a soft serve. When it came to receiving my order I looked at her like if it was someone’s else’s order.. and I asked her is this it?? She’s like yes. And I’m like uh.. ok how is this a soft serve? It’s melted and in a big cup… I thought you only had one size? And she just said this is your soft serve and so I left… this was disappointing….it was filled not even half way and it was so melted like it was swirling around while I was trying to drive to work..

Horrific customer service I received yesterday .Around 5pm my family and I placed separate orders through the online service which was great and came in handy the issue we had was with an employee i believe her name was Jennifer she was so rude and and unpleasant to speak with she pretty much threw our bags in the car this was our first time visiting a Sonic restaurant and with the service we've received probably going to be our last and on top of the our food was cold and the fries were hard very overcooked. When I brung this issue to corporates attention I just got offered a free slush which I declined because i won't ever visit this establishment again. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone visit this location.

currently 6 minutes over estimated pick up time... 7 minutes now... prob won't be coming back during lunch time.. 8 minutes now. 10 minutes now.. doesn't seem too packed. finally got food

I hate that this location is so terrible. Like if they actually listen to what the customer orders and not just what they think and give them random drinks…….is not the way to go.

I really liked the popcorn chicken. Wasn't a fan of the fries. I definitely would come back for the popcorn chicken. They were a little stingy on the sauce and take it the sauces mixed up.

1/2 off slush = 1/2 the flavor; just tasted like tap water flavored ice. We had to wait again & ask them to put actual flavor. They still didn’t add any, & it tasted the same ?

Expect to wait 20 mins at this location, even when it’s dead. Smh

Ordered at the drive-in kiosk and the food took 20 minutes for one meal. Didn't receive a noticeable amount of tots in my order. Apparently it's a "pre-measured" amount. But I've never had it missing a whole third of the carton.

I will never go to this location again. The drive thru worker was rude and lacks even basic customer service. You can tell by their tone of their voice they hate their job. They shorted me a cheese burger, but charged me for it. The other burgers where cold and they gave me old fries. Cold food is par for the course for this location. Look at the other reviews. Stay away from this location. The management team obviously does not care about providing even a basic fast food experience. I am thinking of reporting them to corporate. It is not the customer's fault that you guys hate your jobs.
