One of the most annoying things! Don't say you gluten free when you process wheat! There should be laws against claiming your products are gluten free when they are not. It is not a dietary choice for my daughter it is a genetic disorder that damages her body. Shame on you St. Amour! Thank goodness we looked at back of the bag before she ate.
