Stopped in this morning on the way to catching the boat to Catalina and Erika was SO SWEET! Especially with my elderly mom. Thanks so much Erika! We appreciate you! Food was good too. My spinach and feta wrap was hot all the at through which doesn’t always happen at other Starbucks.

Sad how a company that prides itself on custamizabilty and variation can unknowingly have baristas who act immature and disgruntled when given beverage instructions they find inconvenient. Not legeandary, not even sub par. I was first given incorrect change by an un-apologetic cashier but that’s fine (even though I could have bought another beverage with what I was shorted, luckily I caught it)... however it does really bother me when the female at the bar looks at my drink specifications disturbed and asks me what I want when every specification is typed out for her... and then says with rolled eyes and a huffy breath “we’ll see how that works”. That is beyond unacceptable. I guess this should teach me to wait to tip until after I get fully served. She would be better suited to work at Dicks in Vegas, not somewhere where friendly chipper customer service is expected. I spend enough at this company and frequent it enough to know what I’m ordering and know it’s to my liking and dietary requirements.

The employee here are so rude they talk bad about the customers, they have an issue letting their customers use the restrooms before you order i guess they get paid for each customers uses the restrooms here.
They wouldn't give or sell me a cup of ice. You go to any location around this one, and they'll politely help you out. Not solving the problem and making things awkward was pretty off-putting. Do better. No California love at this location.
