If you're thinking about going to this Starbucks, don't. I used to think there wasn't a big difference between the different locations of a chain place. But this Starbucks proved me wrong. I've been given a flavorless iced London Fog, a cold brew that was 50% cold foam, and an over whipped matcha latte. When I questioned the drinks, the staff wouldn't remake them. You can see the pictures of my sad matcha that they refused to remake. I won't be back, and I recommend going to the Starbucks on Harbor by Target.

I had a horrible experience. The supervisors or whoever there name is had a terrible customer service. I had to ask for my refund. They claim to be individuals. I know not to come here anymore. I am expecting my refund 2-3 days. One was lvn Cathy Murphy and the other . Is it a nurse aswell? The one with grey pants ?

This Starbucks is my main spot off of baker and Fairview. It has great service. And there’s always an “old guys rule” club outside that’s always so friendly when I walk with my kids. The service is consistent and no issues when it comes to mobile orders. Their artwork always has cute starwars or Pokémon characters, which my kids appreciate.
