They made my drink completely wrong. It’s like they didn’t care to make it and then they went to go talk to their coworkers while I waiting for my drink. I paid 7.90 for a drink that didn’t taste good, didn’t have the foam I paid $1.50 for and came out looking like this

They gave me the wrong menu. I ordered a bacon sandwich, but they served me a ham sandwich. I complained to her about this, but she insisted it was bacon pointing the ham in the sandwich lol. I've ordered the same sandwich over 20 times in a year here. Cause I had to go , I just took the ham sandwich, but it's amazing that a staff member who can't differentiate the difference between ham and bacon is making it. But the manager is always good : )

The worst Starbucks I’ve been to so far. Forgot to let me know they were “out” of crème brulee’ latte’s and had me waiting for ten minutes before I walked up and had to ask them. I used the mobile app to order which said they had it. Btw, They aren’t “out” of anything. They’re just lazy and don’t want to fix their equipment. The brunette guy that went to immediately make the drink they were supposedly out of also told me I needed call the mobile app back to get my money back. Never left a coffee shop in such a bad mood.

I always order strawberry açaí with no lemonade and no water . And I have been there for like 4,5 times and they made the drink taste like water every time . ?? just water taste and such a waste of money every time

Best most sun staff ever! Always get my drink right

I love ordering online and picking up without having to wait in line. Great staff and friendly. I highly recommend the banana nut bread. It especially pairs well with my coffee when I order the bread not toasted, this way you can taste more of the banana flower & it's perfect with my hot coffee!

This is the best Starbucks ever Desiree and Anis and all the staff are awesome . It's so clean and best brewed coffee..

Really the only thing they have going for them is that they are conveniently everywhere. Over priced bitter not flavorful regular coffee. The people that drink the fancy drinks probably don't realise the coffee itself is not so good. When I first tried Starbucks a few years ago the coffee was strong but had a good flavor. Now it is just strong, way too hot and bitter. And what is with the tip jar. You turned around and put coffee in a cup and turned back around and handed it to me. How does that warrant a tip?
