I love this Starbucks. I've worked many places near different ones and this one always makes my day. They always have my order right and sometimes leave sweet messages on your drink! Makes me smile everytime. They always greet you and make you feel welcome. Also, their store manager is awesome too!

I love this place and come here ever so often no complaints until this last time where some employees decided it was ok to lie and say that there is a limit to how many refills you can get, I checked the Starbucks website searching of where they had a policy of only 1 refill per person but couldn't, it's clear they lied just to get out of doing more work, not cool.

Coffee tastes horrible ??Don’t go there on weekendsAsian people are so not kind they just do their job to make store richThe manager added water to coffee and didn’t have enough soy milk but just ignoredThey made with wrong ingredients which I am allergic to, I had headache stomach pain couldn’t sleep all night had to CXL mtgs next day, I could sue for that ??

Be in the mall is expensive I guess.. Someone who are nice, they might fired them.. anyway, I order white chocolate with Soymilk and extra whipped cream, I got the cup and walk back to my car, open the lid.
...no form or whipped cream, I saw only half cup of white liquid. Went back store the girl who made it was playing with her cell phone. I asked her, I didn’t mean to complain, but there are no form or extra whipped cream. She looked at my cup and said, “.um..I can give you whipping cream but I am sure I made it with whipping cream”.
Then would you just get the whipping cream without excusing? My half cup empty from the begging with I don’t know what they used, but the white liquid tastes horrible, like Powderly, I think owner is very stoic.
And this is what you get when you make your custmer uncomfortable.
Brownie is already cold and smaller than before.. that may not be their option, but half empty cup with no form or whipping cream, doesn’t make me happy. I should went to other store.. instead.. btw, when an Asian girl was there her whipping cream is half cup as well. Asians work so hard to make their owner happy.. sorry that won’t make custmer happy.. no wonder why they got “lowest stars” I’ve ever seen on Starbux branch.. what a day..🤔😑

Flavorless coffee, I think the barista was not in a good mood to prepare my coffee. I asked to change it for another flavor and it was the same, a late coffee that looks like hot water. Super bad
