Just tried to make a mobile order from the tables out front, thinking I could save a little time not standing in line. I walked in 2 min after estimated time, then 5, then 12 min past eta. All this time my coffee was still sitting in the machine and no one care to pick it up and take it to the counter for pickup there seemed to be two extra employees standing around talking but nobody was working. I had to walk up and say can I have my coffee right there that says Dan???? Last time I do a mobile order to save time!!!

I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks in South Coast Plaza today. I placed my order for one drink, and unfortunately, four customers who ordered after me received their drinks first. This delay was frustrating, and it felt as though my order was overlooked. Even though the staff seemed competent, the lack of attention made the experience feel personal. I also noticed a supervisor present, but the issue wasn’t addressed. Overall, I hope the team can improve communication and ensure that all customers are treated equally.

Well, person who refused to give other person cup of water is deeply socially disturbed as the owners of the company.

I have purchased 5 drinks and 2 snacks everything was delicious. I have went to ask for water refill however “Heidi” told me to go back in line , I bring my cup to ask her to get a water still tells me to get in line when there’s like 1 person in line. I understand it’s busy but JUST FOR A WATER REFILL?? I always come to this store and never had a problem.

I was there Saturday Jan 11th with my son and Husband. I made the line suddenly another register was opened. The lady was inpatient with me because I couldn’t find the app so she told everyone at laud: “Please open your app and have it ready to order”. And then she took my order wrongly. I ordered a Matcha Frappuccino and was getting a Mocha Frappuccino. I told them it was supposed to be hot so they made it hot and then I realized she was also giving me the Hot Mocha my husband ordered. To make it short: I wanted a Matcha Frappuccino and ended up with a Hot Mocha just because after how rude she was in the register I didn’t want to get a bad response. The reason why all this mess happened is because she was in a hurry and didn’t repeat my order. I ended up drinking something I didn’t wanted, expensive experience. Please repeat the order and be nice with your customers.

I love this Starbucks. I've worked many places near different ones and this one always makes my day. They always have my order right and sometimes leave sweet messages on your drink! Makes me smile everytime. They always greet you and make you feel welcome. Also, their store manager is awesome too!
