I love this place and come here ever so often no complaints until this last time where some employees decided it was ok to lie and say that there is a limit to how many refills you can get, I checked the Starbucks website searching of where they had a policy of only 1 refill per person but couldn't, it's clear they lied just to get out of doing more work, not cool.
If you look at the map inside the mall this is called a \"Starbucks Reserve\" location which is pretty ridiculous and unwarranted for what is a mall Starbucks and nothing more. It's just a regular mall store size with a few tables \"outside\" in the mall. On the plus side I walked in here close to noon on a Monday on a drive through the area and the entire mall was deserted and quite nice. Also, this is the Starbucks in the small building.
