I ordered soy latte this morning which was so watered down. I grabbed it (on time)and rushed to work, but it really ruined my whole day. Manager, please train your staff properly. And please, stop writing on the cups—use that time to make better coffee instead.

Got our drinks wrong and the guy at the barita gave us attitude because the cashier didn't ring us up for cream cheese. How was I supposed to know that. Never going back to this location. At the other end a younger lady helped us and gave us a 4 dollar off gift card on our next visit.

Restroom is out of order. All employees don’t know where their customers can wash hands and go for pee-pee. Lack of management, if you have an urgent problem, find the other solution for your customers.

This is the worst starbucks. You can order the same drink everyday and it will be 100 ways to mess up a drink. It's unreal. If you ask them to remake your drink, they magically will make it correctly, but roll their eyes at you. If you can go to another Starbucks i highly recommend you do.

I have been a regular customer at this Starbucks location for over a year, visiting twice daily. Unfortunately, my experiences have left me disappointed with the level of customer service.

My husband and I consistently felt unwelcomed, as the employees never greeted us and seemed to view our requests as inconveniences. This lack of friendliness coupled with the noticeable sense of clique among the staff made the environment very uncomfortable for us.

The consistent attitude, and negative looks from the staff have made our visits less enjoyable. We hope that the management can address these concerns promptly.

I highly recommend exploring other options to ensure a more positive coffee shop experience.
