This Starbucks was a really pleasant experience overall. The coffee and drinks were consistent with what you expect from Starbucks, and the staff were friendly, polite, and efficient. What really stood out to me, though, was the environment. The seating area is beautifully designed, with very comfortable couches and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the outdoor seating — it’s spacious, pet-friendly, and perfect for spending time with friends or getting some work done. The design and atmosphere make this location feel extra cozy and enjoyable compared to many others.

I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for months because it’s conveniently located near my job, but repeated negative interactions with one employee have finally pushed me to leave this review.

Every time I’ve interacted with Jasmine, she has been consistently rude and dismissive toward me. When I politely ask for anything, always saying “please” or “may I” she does not acknowledge me verbally, avoids eye contact, and simply grabs the item without any basic courtesy. On multiple occasions, when we do make eye contact, she has visibly sighed and rolled her eyes, which is incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional.

While I’ve seen her display similar behavior toward other customers, after months of coming here it genuinely feels like this treatment is consistently directed at me. I’m not sure why, but it has made each visit feel awkward and unpleasant.

This is not a one-time issue or a bad day. It’s been an ongoing pattern. Customer service should include at least basic respect, and unfortunately that has not been my experience here due to her demeanor.

I continue to visit this location because I like the store itself and most of the staff. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue.

Very unhappy. They had just finished closing the doors when I arrived. There were still at least five or six people sitting at the outdoor tables drinking coffee. There was still one person inside using their laptop and drinking coffee. My son (4 years old) needed to use the restroom really badly as I told the worker through the window, but she absolutely would not let me in to use the restroom. The customers who were sitting outside were all shocked and upset as was I. I also wanted a coffee, but am glad I didn't give them any business. Zero humanity or compassion at this Starbucks.

I ordered soy latte this morning which was so watered down. I grabbed it （on time）and rushed to work, but it really ruined my whole day. Manager, please train your staff properly. And please, stop writing on the cups—use that time to make better coffee instead.

This is the worst ran Starbucks. They mess up your drink all the time then the nasty manager will give you an attitude and try to argue with you. Don’t go here!

Got our drinks wrong and the guy at the barita gave us attitude because the cashier didn't ring us up for cream cheese. How was I supposed to know that. Never going back to this location. At the other end a younger lady helped us and gave us a 4 dollar off gift card on our next visit.

Restroom is out of order. All employees don’t know where their customers can wash hands and go for pee-pee. Lack of management, if you have an urgent problem, find the other solution for your customers.

Friendly staff but she forgot to add whole milk to my grande coffee.

This is the worst starbucks. You can order the same drink everyday and it will be 100 ways to mess up a drink. It's unreal. If you ask them to remake your drink, they magically will make it correctly, but roll their eyes at you. If you can go to another Starbucks i highly recommend you do.
