We have come here three times during our vacation. We choose this location for the convenience of a drive thru, but it has been anything but convenient. All three times our orders came wrong and today, the first and only time we asked them to correct it, they just dumped the original drinks into different cups and added ice. This after waiting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes with only 3 other cars in front of us. I would not recommend this sbux at all.

I go in the early morning, the two ladies that work there are a treat when it comes to customer service. Food is Starbucks quality as expected, good but not the best.

Came in the store with my best friend who was having a really bad day. They were in the middle of cleaning the female employee empathize with how she was feeling. She made our drink so quick and even gave my friend a cake pop. She was so sweet. Thank you for having employees like her.

I left tip for the barista paying with my card, found out later that she didn’t get the tip, the company keeps all the tips from the cards, the employees get the jar tips only, that sucks!! I’m very mad at Starbucks keeping all tips when you pay with card!! ? poor employees!!

I truly love that my love Starbucks support local artist and showcases their art on their walls. Always in for a warmcroissant that is perfectly buttery. The girls in the morning are so friendly and fast in delivering the coffee goods.

I was desperate for a good cup of coffee and a Dragonfruit Refresher, so I pulled into this Starbucks. There's no drive through and the parking lot is a nightmare. Inside, it was busy, which I good for business, but it was very crowded. The orders were not completed together, so I had a lovely piece of banana bread that was heated, but turned cold by the time my Dragonfruit Refresher was delivered.Parking: Parking lot is too small and it's hard to find a parking spot.

I normally wouldn't bother reviewing a Starbucks unless there is something totally messed up or happens consistently. Well again first world problem But I order online, walk in and apparently the order isn't ready. OK no big deal I give her my name and am told it will be right up. I wait, wait, wait and nothing. Turns out she just got distracted and forgot. They put a sign i. The front to don't reach over to look for your drink if you ordered online. Ignore it. You can't rely on them to remember. This is like the 4th time I got a cold cup of coffee so it's my fault for following the rules. So much wasted time. I may just switch to Peet's.
God bless Starbucks!!!! In an age where customer service and quality are in a dangerously steep decline (emphasis on the former), it's so great to see some businesses still upholding their high standards. I can't recall ever not being greeted with a warm smile and being provided with exemplary top notch service. I wish more businesses would take a couple of cues from them, especially how to treat people with kindness and respect. I suppose that, sadly, that's a dying art form in the world we are living in today.

I can't recommend this Starbucks enough. The baristas are all incredibly friendly and kind, and I spent a few hours on their beautiful outside patio enjoying the sun! Both drinks I got were perfect and made very very quickly as well, I can't wait to come back!

I usually go to this Starbucks but one time I came in here with a client that I work with and she got a venti iced water. The usual times she's came here she never complained about the water. But this time on Friday we came in and ordered a venti iced water and said the water tasted different with other things inside the water. 15 minutes after her stomach was hurting she had constant diarrhea and got a headache after. We have gotten iced water at this place before and none has happened so far except for this specific day.
