We have come here three times during our vacation. We choose this location for the convenience of a drive thru, but it has been anything but convenient. All three times our orders came wrong and today, the first and only time we asked them to correct it, they just dumped the original drinks into different cups and added ice. This after waiting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes with only 3 other cars in front of us. I would not recommend this sbux at all.

Not pleased at all with my experience at this Starbucks. Jolleen happened to "help me out" today and she was very rude to say the least. Didn't acknowledge me and had VERY POOR customer service. It felt as if I was bothering her by being there. Definitely do not recommend coming to this Starbucks.
While this Ralph's has been on top of the Covid situation, requiring masks and distancing, sanitizing carts and registers, and protecting their staff and customers as best they can, it was very disappointing to see one of three Starbucks employees with her mask down around her chin. Every other single person in the store was wearing theirs properly, but this employee couldn't seem to be bothered. She was not drinking a beverage that would necessitate the lowering of her mask, but having a casual conversation with her fellow (properly masked) coworkers. Shame.

I drove to this one in particular. I arrived at 9:20 and she said they closed. I can see why she said that because normally they are, however for some weird reason the hours here on Google said 12.
