I frequent different Starbucks around the counties. I've been to many but very few operate this way. I had every intention of coming inside and getting something to eat or something to drink while I used the restroom. But why I'm fuming right now is because is this is the second location that insists that I buy something to use the bathroom. To the owner. Stop this policy right now. You're losing customers. You just lost another one. Don't require that somebody pay for a food item So they could use the restroom. I recommend that people pass up this Starbucks For that reason,
There's another Starbucks in La Habra that does the same thing. I'd rather go to the Mexican restaurant next door just to use the restroom and refuse to buy anything from that Starbucks. Besides, your prices are already too high.
I shouldn't have to pay to use the restroom. Have a good day.

I ordered off the secret menu today, paid extra for toppings, and didn’t get what I asked for 🥲. No cookie crumbles, and no vanilla cold foam, just plain cold foam. The lady taking the order sounded annoyed, and once we got to the window and grabbed the drink I didn’t realize it was completely wrong until after I drove away, $7 down the drain.

The staff are great here, but they covered the electrical plugs. One could think of other means of deterring the homeless than preventing proper customers from working in a cafe.

The barista at the register was so nice !! I think his name was Oliver. He helped me pick out which drink to get since I haven’t been to starbucks in so long, and now i’m SOLD on my daily drink!! Thank you Oliver, and all the other lovely baristas working here. I’ll make sure to come back for my Melon Burst energy with peppermint and a splash of pineapple ☺️

Beware!This rude , female staff “Natalie” , was ignoring me , busy on the headset phone and gave me wrong order!?! Not happy. Go somewhere else!This rude male asian staff just took away the trash can when he saw me throwing my trash, then he ignored me and locked the door after I left?!?Not happy!Go somewhere else!
I did a mobile order and it said it would take 3-6 minutes. The notification said it was ready but it took another 15 minutes. Meanwhile walk on customers got their drinks before me. I won’t be coming to this Starbucks again as they seem to be unable to prioritize properly and don’t need any extra customers since they can’t keep up already.

We have come here three times during our vacation. We choose this location for the convenience of a drive thru, but it has been anything but convenient. All three times our orders came wrong and today, the first and only time we asked them to correct it, they just dumped the original drinks into different cups and added ice. This after waiting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes with only 3 other cars in front of us. I would not recommend this sbux at all.

One of the only drive thru Starbucks in Costa Mesa. This drive thru location is a hit or miss when it comes to drive thru wait times as it can get really packed during the rush hours. There’s times where I had to exit due to the wait times. This Starbucks is located on 450 17th street adjacent to Mendocino Farms (great spot for a sandwich).
