This Starbucks in 17th and Newport blvd I do like. However, their parking is not the best as I sometimes can run late due to scarce parking at this location. Other than that, i do enjoy coming here because they do get their mobile orders out in a timely manner.

I had to kill time before I could check in to my hotel, so I decided to walk over to this Starbucks. My drink was great and the staff were professional and friendly. Not only that, but I made new friends while waiting there. It made for a great part of my first day in Costa Mesa. I’ll be heading back this morning for more good times.

Baristas are friendly and enthusiastic, and I love some added detailed touch here! For mobile ordering they have 3 places with alphabetical letters to sort orders. And added perk, they give samples. Limited parking but only waited 30 seconds for a spot

Came to the Starbucks to get a drink and use the bathroom at 7:59 pm. We purchased 3 drinks. As the drinks were being made we went to use the bathroom. Sarah the "shift lead" stated if you are not waiting for drinks or food you have to leave because they are closed. So I stayed in line then Sarah stated all of us customers have to leave and can't use the bathroom because they are closed. But mind you we still didn't get our drinks. I had my 10 year old daughter who needed to use the bathroom as well as myself who is pregnant. She continued to be rude and continued to kick all of the customers out that were waiting for the drinks/food items we all purchased. She demanded us out multiple times cuz they were closed but they sure weren't closed when they took my payment for my drinks at 7:59 pm. In fact one of the other Baristas gave me the bathroom code 92828 a little after 8 pm, "the closing time". I began to yell at them because the way they treated not only us but the other customers who also spent money. They treated us as if we were loitering. We spent money there and were customers but were being kicked out because they were closed. All 3 baristas began, including the male barista who took my order at 7:59 and failed to mention he was closed when he took my payment, to yell at me telling me that I'm not showing a good example to my children and how dare I yell at a 21 year old. This behavior from these types of employees or "partners" is beyond unacceptable and all because I the customer wanted to use the bathroom. Please look at the receipts below from my app and the receipt for my refund. This all occurred from 7:59 to 8:03 when I demanded a refund. In which your baristas were being petty by slamming my already made drinks in the trash closest to the register. Sarah began to antagonize me and told me her managers card is right behind me and started to yell her partner code to me. Again this is beyond unacceptable and I truly hope these "partners" are reprimanded!
