Clean and courteous baristas. The only suggestion is the temperature, air conditioning blows strong and too cold.

The line at the drive thru is very slow.
I order ahead with the app and I have to wait for people to think about their orders and then get them processed.
All Starbucks have this issue, and it might be a good idea if they had a different pickup area, like on a parking spot, for app orders.

I am normally very happy with the service I get from here, the gentleman are always very welcoming.
The last two times have not been great, and today in particular was pretty irritating. The female cashier that I worked with, seemed to be having some kind of off day.
I ordered a small drink and that was it, it was completed but I was not informed and thus I sat there for almost 10 minutes, before I thought. Let me just check. I would seriously appreciate it if you voiced out the names of the drinks you're making. It's one of the things that I really like about Starbucks, is that the baristas are not afraid to say the name on the cup so that you know when your order is ready. There are two specific gentlemen I do want to give a shout out to, because I love going in the mornings because they are there. They are so welcoming, I really hope that the individual has a better day and yeah just speak up.
My friends wanted hers in a porcelain cup and they were very obliging it was a wonderful cappuccino she enjoyed it. Clean location friendly staff
Service was good ,atmosphere was good. I purchased a Grande white vanilla mocha hot , and when I got to work , I realized that my cup was not full at all more like a tall! Drink was good but this was disappointing. I took a few sips but the black line is where my drink was filled too .

Dietary restrictions: Milk alternatives include coconut, almond, oat, and soy. The caramel sauce/drizzle, as well as the mocha sauce and malt powder, contains dairy. Sweet cream is made with heavy cream, so the cold foams contain dairy.The lunch sandwiches contain cheese, but only the breakfast sandwiches can have it removed on request. Bakery items are vegetarian friendly, excluding the ham&swiss croissant.

Used the Mobile App to order and pay for my specially made drink and picked it up via drive-thru. The person who made my drink did not follow my instructions. They made it how it is usually made. The drink is $1 more than other Starbucks I have been to. They tried to charge me for someone elses order. It is very hit and miss in terms of positive and negative experiences.

The pictures are not up to date the inside is furnitureless with the most basic designs. I tried ordering today with a cashier who didn't understand what I was saying and I had to repeat myself 4 times. Then she charged me extra without telling me so I told her to cancel my order she was shocked I had to repeat myself and she was completely dumbfounded. I've never been so annoyed at a Starbucks. Total waste of time go to one of the other 3 locations right down the street cause I'm never going here again.
