Liz has helped me 2 times and did a fantastic job making my 3 foot longs perfect! She was working alone and multitasking very well. It was amazing to see her keep her composure under pressure. There was bread coming out of oven, online orders, and a few people in line and she handled it all so well. Thank you Liz!

Placed an online order app said ready at 530 arrived at store to have to wait an additional 20 mins for order to be complete. Customer service is real crappy there, they practically ignore you. Order was completely messed up.

Placed a pick up order and not only did they mess up my order I asked for it to be toasted and by the time i got home (i live 7 mins away) the bread was rock solid, tried calling the location and they don’t answer. Usually i never have this problem with other locations but for some reason this place always seems to mess up something. Please do better

Liz tends to prioritize to the customers who are ordering in person rather than completing online orders, making online orders wait 15+ minutes after it says completed online I don’t recommend it just order in person or order somewhere else when ordering online.

Bread tasted day old, but service is good & usually bread is fresh.
Wish I could get my orders from a different store. I'm stuck with this one due to proximity on the Subway App. Stay away from this $hithole that never gets orders right. Sends you rock hard bread and takes forever to make an order. Forget about trying to call and complain because they never answer the phone. Wish I could give zero stars. This place sucks.

Worst Subway Ever. You'll get no service and food poisoning. Don't order food here. They also steal from your credit card. I am opening a civil suit against them. They do not answer their phones. Unauthorized use of medicare funds is a felony. See you in court. Hopefully my law suit puts them out of business. Don't come here. You'll be robbed and poisoned. Any positive reviews you see are fake.
